They were currently at the beach. Billie was sitting in Marie's lap just admiring her beauty. How much luckier could she have gotten?

"What?"

She asked Billie smiling "I want to do it, I'm ready".

This is it. She was about to loose her virginity. But At least it was to someone she loved, respected, and trusted.

Marie looked up at Billie, her eyes widen with surprise. "Really?" she asks, her voice filled with disbelief. Billie nodded a mischievous grin spreading across her face.

"Yup, I didn't expect to lose it at the beach, but hey, sometimes life throws unexpected twists at us." Billie joked causing the both to burst into laughter, the sound echoing through the air.

It's true, she had always dreamt of a romantic setting with candles and soft music playing, but with Marie's parents at home and billies dad's disapproval, doing it at her house was definitely out of the question.

Marie looked at Billie for a split second then leaned in to kiss her.

The sun was just now setting, the waves were slowing down, people were just now leaving.

No one was here. Just billie and marie. The person she loved.

Billie seductively took off her shirt while Marie watched her with mesmerization. "You're so beautiful baby" Marie told Billie causing a smile to grow on her face. They start to kiss as Marie touches billies body feeling her. Excitement built up in billie as she thought 'wow I'm really doing this'.

Marie stopped so she could get confirmation from Billie. She wanted to know that she was sure on doing this. "do you really want this?".

Billie instantly nodded her head. "Yes, I want this" marie smiled and flips billie over and goes down on her. And that, that marked the beginning of it all.

Billie's tears flowed uncontrollably down her face as she stared ahead, her heart heavy with sorrow. Her makeup artist delicately fixes her makeup, trying to restore the beauty that the tears have marred.

It's her own engagement party, but deep down, she knows this isn't the path she truly desires. This isn't the love, the commitment she longs for. It's not the way she envisioned her future.

Billie's heart aches as she reflects on her father's struggles since her mother's passing. She yearns to bring him happiness, believing that fulfilling his wishes will do just that.

After all, he had always been there for her, supporting her every step of the way. But deep down, she questions if sacrificing her own happiness for his was truly the right path.

Why couldn't she stop loving her? Why couldn't she get over her easily? Why? It felt like that's what she kept asking herself every other day she woke up.

She could hear her guest cheering and laughing out in the backyard . They were way more happy about this than she was. "Your father wants to speak to you" one of the kind maids said.
