It's a few months later and Billie was officially 8 months pregnant. Her baby girl was soon to come and she was very healthy and hearty.

Billie has been keeping up with Marie. Thankfully she didn't move states she just moved towns. Which was easier for her just incase something were to ever happen.

Billie's life took an unexpected turn when Dan made the difficult decision to send her to a maternal care facility. He knew he couldn't provide the care she needed during her pregnancy, as he had no experience with babies and was always occupied with work.

For Billie, this new chapter brought a mix of emotions and anticipation. It was a chance for her to connect with other moms, parents, and make new friends, which was something she truly longed for, something she truly needed.

She knew she wouldn't be seeing her family and friends anymore which made her a tad bit sad but she got over it knowing she could just contact them whenever she needed to.

Billie tightly embraced her father and Zoe, savoring the warmth of their hugs before venturing into the towering structure. As she stepped inside, a rush of crisp, wintry air enveloped her, causing a shiver to dance down her spine.

The bustling scene unfolded before her eyes, all kinds of different mothers, each one brimming with their own unique stories. With a flutter of anticipation in her heart, she eagerly anticipated the prospect of forging new connections and kindling friendships that would color her world with joy and excitement.

"So how do you like where you'll be staying" the doctor asked Billie "I like it. Very cozy" she replied.

"Good I hope you'll be comfortable. This is Laura and Jen they'll be helping you just incase you need any help at all, ok?" The doctor told billie while introducing them.

Billie agreed nodding her head and giving him a warm smile.

After a while of showing billie where everything is Jen and Laura introduced themselves to billie personally. These girls seemed really sweet to billie and like they could be her friend.

Laura seemed a lot older though. Not to old but in her mid 50s. She smiled a lot that's what Billie took note of.

Jen was a little younger with a small baby bump that was visible. She looked like a teen mom. Billie was also a teen mom but Jen looked a lot younger, maybe 17?

Billie couldn't shake the feeling of familiarity that washed over her when she met Laura.

It was as if they shared a connection from a previous encounter, though she couldn't quite put her finger on it. Perhaps it was just her mind playing tricks on her, she mused, realizing that she might be overthinking things.

The fatigue of the day weighed on her, and she recognized the need for some much-deserved rest. "A nap sounds like just the thing I need," she thought, ready to let her thoughts drift away and find solace in the realm of dreams.

In a different city, Marie found solace by the serene shores of a nearby beach, her trusted guitar in hand. The instrument had been a constant companion in her musical journey with Billie, their harmonies weaving tales of friendship and shared experiences.

As she strummed the chords, Marie was determined to rebuild her life after the tumultuous events that had unfolded. The sight of her belongings outside her door, a painful reminder of the past, filled her with frustration and sadness. The loss of her dear friends weighed heavily on her heart, leaving an indelible void that seemed impossible to fill.

She still lives with the trauma, but she's slowly finding the strength to heal and move forward. Each day brings new challenges, but she refuses to let her past define her.
