Loki and Tony were laying together on the couch when Loki finally spoke up. "Tony, can I talk to you about something." He said his voice trembling slightly. "Of course, love what's on your mind." Tony replied, sensing the apprehension in Loki's tone. "I'm scared Tony." Loki said his eyes filling with tears, "I'm afraid of giving birth." Tony pulled him closer, wrapping his arms around him. "It's okay, baby. You don't have to be afraid. We'll get through this together." He said soothingly. "But, what if something goes wrong? What if I can't handle the pain? What if I am not a good mother?" Loki said, his voice shaking with worry. Loki took a deep breath, and looked up at Tony, his eyes searching for reassurance. "Do you think I will be a good mother?" He asked hesitantly. Tony smiled and brushed a hair away from Loki's face. "I know you will be an amazing mother, Lolo. You already love our babies so much, and they aren't even here yet. You have a heart full of love and compassion, and that's exactly what our children need." He said his voice filled with conviction. Loki's expression softened and he leaned in to kiss Tony. "Thank you, Tony. You always know just what to say." He said as he felt a sense of relief wash over him. "Anytime, love. I am here for you always." Tony replied, holding him close. They sat there together, enjoying each other's company, feeling a sense of calm wash over them.
