New Kid

Highschool Au//Kazuha and Scaramouche are dating and are happy in their relationship. But when a new kid name Heizou enters the picture, they think they might like him too.

Third Person POV

Kazuha and Scaramouche have been dating for almost two years now, and are in their third year of high school. Their relationship was picture perfect, but like every couple, they had their ups and downs. However whatever the world threw at them, they went through it together. Hand in hand, they were always together. There was never trouble. Until a few months ago.

There was a new kid, Heizou, Shikanoin Heizou. He was joining the class, something about his parents finding a new job. Heizou was charming, such a cute face and a perfect smile. His little beauty mark was perfect. His slim figure and soft hair were also perfect. Kazuha and Scaramouche were blown away by his beauty. But, it felt wrong. They were dating each other, so was it okay for them to blush when Heizou smiled at them? Kazuha felt disgusted with himself for blushing at the friendly gesture. Scaramouche felt scared that he would lose feelings for his current lover. And to make matters worse, Heizou sat behind them in class. The class was had 12 tables, which was meant to sit two seats each. Scaramouche and Kazuha shared one table, and now Heizou, who sits behind them, shares with their friend Aether.

When Heizou tried to talk with him, both of them stuttered over their words. Heizou found it cute. Once the couple calmed down, they managed to have a decent conversation with him. "So do you guys play any instruments?" "Ah yes we do. I play the guitar and Scara here plays the drums. We can both sing too." "That's cool! I just write songs. But you guys should totally let me hear you sing!" Kazuha blushed. "Uh sure. That's fine, right Scara?" "Hm? Oh yeah...I suppose I wouldn't mind..."

"WHAT!? YOU DON"T EVEN LET ME HERE YOU SING!" Aether shouted. "Shut up blonde!" "ScAra!" Aether pouted. Heizou laughed a bit and patted Aether's head. That's how their first encounter went.

Now the three are an inseparable trio. Scaramouche and Kazuha still feel butterflies when they are with Heizou, and haven't talked about it yet. However Heizou...He wished he could be with them. He recently found out he was in love with the both of them, but he didn't say anything. He didn't want to ruin the friendship, or their relationship. He could never do that.

So now all three of them are unsure what to do with their feelings. They just do the next best thing. Avoid the problem.

"So I was thinking we have a little party~" Venti said. He and his friends were at lunch discussing random topics. "Sure, when?" Heizou asked. The couple in front of him eyed him. Only a few of Heizou's close friends know about his past addictions. He was currently sober and has been doing well. But, one small mistake can fuck everything over. Heizou felt their worry stares and looked over to them. "Don't worry. I'll be fine." He said.

"How about Saturday? I can host at my house." Childe suggested. "Hell yeah! You have the biggest house!" Venti exclaimed. Childe just chuckled. "So my place, this Saturday, at 6? Any special requests?" He asked the group. Scaramouche just scoffed. He and Childe never got along well, but surprisingly were quite close. "Will there be any, drinks..?" Venti eyed. Childe smirked. "Hell yeah." Heizou perked up and was about to say something, but Kazuha beat him to it. "Me, Scara, and Heizou will not be attending. We will have a movie night." Childe just rolled his eyes. "C'mon you think he wants to third wheel you? Wouldn't you rather be with us~?" Childe pulled Heizou into a side hug, and put one of his arms over Heizou's shoulder. Kazuha and Scaramouche felt a pain of guilt rush through them. "D-Do you feel like a third wheel?" Kazuha asked softly. Heizou avoided eye contact. There have been times where he did feel like a third wheel. But he didn't dare utter a word to them, too scared to ruin everything. So he avoided the question. "You guys can have the movie night, like a date. I'll go to the party only if twins go."
