Chapter Six

    Getting to Jade's dorm, Caroline can't help but look around in awe. Jade's room looked amazing even though one side was empty other than the bed and desk. Jade's side of the room was covered in tapestries and drawings, her bed had dark green sheets with a pig stuffed animal sitting in front of her pillows. Her desk was littered with different shaped ashtrays and lighters, there was a large bookshelf on the same wall as the bed, it was packed with books but one shelf in the middle had crystals and incense spread out in a neat display.

"Wow, Jade, your side of the room is gorgeous!" Caroline gushes as she turns around to look at said girl.

"Thanks. Oh, your boyfriend drew those." Jade says, pointing to the drawings on her walls. Caroline nods her head as she looks at the drawings, not noticing what Jade called Xavier.

Hearing the door open and close, the two girls look over to see Ajax and Xavier. "Hey babe and Caroline's babe." Jade says, looking at the boys. Xavier's eyes snap up and over to Caroline who was blushing.

Ajax laughs at the sight of his friend and shakes his head in amusement as Jade walks over to him. He kisses her neck and greets her with a smile.

"Aw, young love." Jade teases, wiping a fake tear off her face. Ajax laughs walking over to her bed, dramatically flopping down on it.

Caroline smiles and laughs it off, she was going to love being around these three, she just knew it. Xavier narrows his eyes at Jade, flipping her off. Caroline walks over to the boy and slaps his hand, the boy gives her a pout.

Jade fake gags. "Ajax move, sit in the chair." She demands, turning to her boyfriend. He throws his hands up in surrender and does as he's told. Jade walks over and sits on the ground, between his legs. "You two sit." the Blackwood girl orders, looking at Xavier and Caroline while pointing at the bed.

Caroline grabs Xaviers wrist and pulls him over to the bed. She lets go of him and lays down on her back, her head hanging off the edge of the bed. Xavier sits next to her with his back against the wall. Caroline looks at Jade and laughs. "You look funny upside down."

Jade laughs at the girl then turns serious, glaring at Xavier who had absentmindedly picked up Caroline's hand. "What are your intentions with our daughter?" Jade asks seriously, praying Ajax would pick up on the joke and play along.

Ajax blinks then hums. "Yeah Xavier, what exactly are your plans with our dear Caroline?" he asks, crossing his arms.

Xavier's head snaps up, looking at the two with wide eyes. "What?"

"You heard us, what are your plans with Caroline? It's very important to us that our daughter is in good hands." Jade says playfully looking at Xavier.

Caroline laughs as Xavier stutters out an answer, "What- I don't.. You guys have known me since kindergarten!"

Ajax shrugs and narrows his eyes at the Thorpe boy. "Have we, though?"

Jade bursts out laughing. "Jokes aside, I don't care how long I've known you. I swear on my stuffed pig, you hurt Caroline I'll rip your eyes out." Jade says, smiling sweetly.

Looking over at Caroline, Xavier sees her on her phone. Moving positions so that he was now laying down next to her, he laughs when he sees her taking pictures and videos of Jade and Ajax with filters on them. Caroline wheezes as she puts a Barbie filter on Ajax, catching the attention of Jade who simply smirks.

Ajax reaches into the pocket of the jacket he was wearing pulling out a bag with two joints in it. He shakes the bag in front of Jade's face, the girl smiles, grabbing a lighter from the desk.

"Oh Caroline, are you okay with us smoking?" Jade asks handing the lighter to Ajax

"Huh? Oh, yes! Let me smoke with you." Caroline pushes herself off the bed and lands next to Jade.
