Walking into the infirmary, Caroline found that Wednesday was still in there talking to Rowan. Her cousin looked very annoyed to say the least. Just then, one of the nurses gasped loudly at the sight of Caroline. "These fencing classes! I swear, kids always somehow get hurt.."

Wednesday turned her head in their direction and at the sight of her cousin, she walked over quickly. "This was Bianca, wasn't it? When I get my hands on he-."

Caroline cut her off with a chuckle, "Don't worry. I won against her. This," she pointed at her face. "Was just a consequence of challenging her."

Wednesday sighed and nodded slowly. "Well, I suppose if you won against her then it's best to leave her alone, let her soak in all the embarrassment."

With that, the Addams cousins sat side by side as a nurse attended to the small wounds on Caroline's face. Wednesday is silent, Caroline was, too until she spoke up, "If it makes you feel any better, Bianca was pissed. Like her face got really red whenever I won."

"Good."

After the nurse was done, the two girls left. Walking outside, Wednesday pulled out an umbrella since it was raining. Due to the girls being the same height, they didn't have to make sure the umbrella was high enough or low enough for the other. They continued to walk in silence when they hear a scraping noise. Wednesday stops and looks up as Caroline follows her actions. They see something start to fall and while Wednesday stood, unemotional, Caroline was frozen in fear and shock. She couldn't tell if this was all a weird nightmare or if this was real. Her mind was telling her, no yelling at her to move, to run, but she couldn't, it was as if she was paralyzed. Hearing a voice yell, "Caroline, Wednesday!" Is what snapped her out of it and she leapt out of the way when she saw a figure running at them.

Falling to the ground, the gargoyle that was about the fall on the cousins, smashed to pieces in front of her. She yelped and scoot herself back. It was all real. It was real and she almost died. Her cousin almost died- her cousin! Where was her cousin?

Sitting up all the way, Caroline looked around and saw that the voice had been Xavier. She watched him roll off of Wednesday and turn around. He looked the redhead in the eyes as he breathed heavily. "A- are you okay?"

"Uh, yeah- yes, I'm alright. How'd you know?"

"I'll explain but let's get Wednesday to the infirmary."

After getting the older Addams cousin to the infirmary, Xavier and Caroline sit on another bed beside her. They sit in silence for a few moments before Xavier started to speak, "I was going to wait for you. I had already started to head back to my room but then it started to rain and I wasn't sure if you'd have an umbrella, so I went back only to see you and your cousin stood there about to let that stone- whatever the hell it was crush you two."

"Oh." Was all she could get out. "Thank you, Xavier. That was very considerate of you and thanks for saving my cousin and I's asses."

The two chuckle and sat there in silence for a few minutes until Wednesday woke up. They watch as she furrowed her eyebrows and moved her eyes to look around. Xavier and Caroline stand up and stand by Wednesday's side. Xavier smiled slightly, "Welcome back." Wednesday was quick to sit up.

"Sis, take it easy. You hit your head hard."

Xavier sits down in a chair to give Wednesday some space while Caroline backs up and stands next to him. "The nurse said you don't have a concussion, but you probably have a pretty nasty bump, huh?"
