Time's wings unfurl with steady grace
Invisible and yet, present in every space
Its gentle touch upon our days
A constant reminder of life's fleeting waysIt carries us forward, day by day
Into the future, from yesterday
Its wings flap with every moment
A steady rhythm, a constant movementAs it passes by, it leaves its mark
On every heart, like a watermark
Reminding us of days gone by
And how quickly the years pass us byWe try to hold onto each fleeting moment
To make it last, to hold its component
But time slips away, like sand in our hands
And we're left with memories, in our life's strandsSo let us cherish every passing day
And make the most of life's fleeting way
For time's wings are always in flight
And we must live our days with all our might
