I look up into the bleachers where a crowd of thousands of people are cheering for me. I see them smiling and their hands waving in the high distance, beyond brilliant stage lights. I wave back to them with my unoccupied hand. I feel a sense of pride. I have finished fighting a celebratory battle for the debut of this new, beautiful coliseum. I stand in the middle of the arena, resting my hand on my fallen opponent as a sign of respect and as thanks for helping me make the event a success.

"Akeda!"

A voice amidst the crowd's cheers stands out to me. A man's voice, both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. I search the people-filled stands for the source.

"Hey, Akeda!"

I blink and look up at the wall to see Ezreal calling my name from on top of an empty row of seats.

"Did you find anything?!" He yells down to me.

I open my mouth but I can't form an answer. At the moment, I am confused. How did the seats empty so fast? Where did all the people go? My head feels a bit fuzzy and my eyelids are heavy. I blink a few times and look at my arm resting on the boulder. It's so cold. My arm is so cold. So cold and golden. Golden light radiates down my arm to the boulder. It's pretty. It reminds me of the sparkles that appear when he teleports using my gauntlet. Wait, who am I talking about? Wasn't there someone who was with me just a moment ago? I look up to see a young blond man running towards the edge of the wall. He doesn't look like he's from around here. I hope he doesn't fall. It's a long way down. He's yelling again, I hope he isn't hurt already. The foreign man is scared.

"Akeda!"

Oh, he knows my first name? That must mean we are close. How come I don't-

"Get away from there!"

The boulder under my hand moves upward and my hand falls away as the stoneweaver's golem reassembles. The stones begin to rub and knock loudly against each other. I thought the show was over already. I collapse on the ground. My legs are strangely weak. I must have used too much energy today building the coliseum. Maybe I should have listened and waited until tomorrow for its debut.

The blond man appears at the bottom of the wall, on the floor of the arena. Why does he have that gauntlet? He should not be here. It's too dangerous with the golem activated like this. It is almost done reassembling. It already stands twice as tall as the walls.

Stay back. Get out of here. Run. My voice won't come to me. I'm not sure if the man would be able to hear me over the sound of the golem anyway. It finishes reassembling itself and it begins emitting a familiar loud whirring sound. It's about to attack.

I raise the palm of my hand towards the man. Stay back. He hits an invisible wall and begins pounding on it with his fists. I can see his mouth open but I can't hear him over the golem.

I look back at my opponent as it raises its fists above its head. I don't know if I have enough magical energy for another round right now. Maybe I should call this off. I look around for the stone weavers, but they are nowhere to be found. The golem slams its fists forcefully on the ground, sending shockwaves in the earth and creating a wall of stone in my direction that knocks me into the air.

I land hard on my side. It's extremely difficult to breathe and I think my arm is broken. The ground is all broken up and there is a short jagged wall sticking out of it. What happened?

Ezreal appears from a cloud of sparkles near the rough wall. He runs in a full sprint over to me, panicked. I cough up blood. My entire side feels like it's on fire.

"Akeda! Damn it!"

I try to inhale to speak but feel a sharp pain in my lungs.

"Shit. Can you move? Can you heal yourself? Shit. If I move you like this it'll hurt too much. Damn it, we can't stay here." Why is he in such a rush?
