In their departure from their home, the Sully family drew further away from the beautiful and glorious forest.

A glance back at the place she was born was all Katiya could do as she tightened her grip on her brother's shoulders.

It was as if a piece of her heart flew to her home with the breeze dancing in her hair.

Despite her reluctance, she shifted her gaze to Neteyam's back and laid her head on his shoulder.

Taking turns to look back, the Sullys recalled their memories, hoping to return someday.

A heavy sigh escaped Jake's lips as he glanced at his eldest daughter. For the time being, they weren't on speaking terms.

Although Katiya was angry, he knew what he had to do in order to protect his family.

Overwhelmed by rough storms and long flights, everyone was exhausted.

As they traveled through Pandora for three days, battling cold rain and scorching temperatures, Jake spotted the perfect spot for a new home.

Below, the crystal blue sea teemed with life.

"Kati, look down." Neteyam glanced back at his sister, gently shaking his shoulder to wake her.

"What?" Katiya mumbled, stirring from her sleep.

Seeing the vast open sea, her breath caught in her throat. A beautiful terrace beneath her eyes filled her eyes with an array of vivid colors.

As they watched Katiya and her family fly by, Navi of a different shade of blue stood out in its beauty.

They circled the island up ahead, following their father's ikran as he landed on the sandy walkway.

A crowd of reef people yipped and diverted toward them upon seeing their arrival.

Hopping off his ikran, Jake turned back to his family.

Seeing Katiya and Neytiri grab their bows, he shook his head. "Leave it."

In response, Neytiri nodded as Katiya rolled her eyes and reluctantly placed it back on Neteyam's ikran.

"Come on, on me," Jake whispered, raising his hands cautiously to indicate he meant no harm.

In uncomfortable silence, Kiri tightened the shawl around her shoulders in an attempt to hide from the curious gazes of the reef Navi.

Katiya let out a heavy sigh as they stood behind their father in front of the crowd. A lot of attention was being paid to them, and she was becoming increasingly irritated.

There was clearly a difference in their build, but the reef Navi didn't have to stare so intently.

There was a sudden split in the crowd as a certain boy crossed through toward her family.

He had a tall, muscular build, and a curly bun was pulled back over his braided hair. Seeing her family from a distance, he surveyed them as he walked to them with strength in his strides.

He was followed by a boy with puffy hair that sat freely on his head.

While standing next to Loak, Katiya observed her brothers' attempts at greeting him.

To their dismay, he ignored them and glared at them relentlessly. Then he caught her gaze, his eyelids moving slightly as they responded to her piercing gaze.

He expected her to greet him as well, but she simply stared him down as he halted beside her.

"Look, what is that?" The boy following him asked, pointing at Katiya's tail. "Is that supposed to be a tail?"
