Just Friends?

*Finally some greenflameish stuff*

Lloyd's POV

I was just casually walking in the hallway, bored. I had absolutely nothing to do.

I looked at the newly painted bedroom door in front of me: Gray. Neuro's room.

Then I heard a voice behind me. "Hey!" It said.

"AAAAAHHH!" I screamed, jumping. I whipped around and saw Kai standing across the hallway. He was smirking.

"Kai! What the fudge?" I yelled. I was breathing heavily.

He simply laughed. "I scared you, didn't I~" He came over to me. "What are ya doin, greenbean?"

"Me? Oh, just...camping Neuro's room."

"What?!" Kai gasped.

"What what?" I said. "I have nothing else to do!"

"Then come with me. I have better ideas," Kai said, and he pointed to the exit which led to the back of the monastery.

I followed him outside, and then he pointed to a bunch of creases in the edge of the monastery's high wall. "We can climb to the roof using this," Kai explained.

"Whoa! That's SO COOL!" I gasped, and I don't know why, but I just jumped up and down like a little kid and started squealing.

Kai laughed again. "Go up. I'll be right behind ya." He said, and pointed to the creases (or stairs, what he calls it).

I carefully put my foot on the first crease. I held the wall and climbed up the rest of them, and I did a front flip when I reached the top.

"Heyo! Cool!" Kai said. "Nice flip." Then he walked over to the edge of the roof, and lowered himself down onto a ledge. We both sat there.

We stayed silent and watched as the sun slowly set.

Suddenly, out of the blue, Kai held my hand. I gasped and looked at him. His face was peaceful.

And then he smiled slightly, still peaceful.

Without even thinking, I rested my head on his shoulder.

Then we heard voices.

"Kai and Lloyd, sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" and then giggles.

I let go of Kai's hand and we both looked down. It was Nya and Cole, laughing their heads off.

"You two are so gay!" Cole blurted out.

"I'm bi!" Me and Kai said at the same time.

"Lloyd, you're bi?!" Kai gasped.

I nodded my head.

"Really? When did you find out?" Nya asked.

"The same day Kai came out to us." I replied with a shrug.

"Oh my god! So two bi guys are holding hands now?" Cole said with a smirk.

"Shut up," I said with an eye roll.

"WHAT THE FUDGE DID I JUST HEAR?!" Harumi and Skylor bursted out the door and ran behind Nya and Cole.

"You guys are both in relationships," Nya said, crossing her arms with a fake angry expression.

"Yeah, we know," Kai replied.

"Soooo..." said Skylor, tapping her feet.

Then Cole whispered something to Harumi, Nya, and Skylor, and they all smiled, nodded, waved, and walked inside.

"That was weird," I said, blushing.

Kai held my hand again.

"I love you, Lloyd," he said.

"Me too, Kai." I leaned on his shoulder again.

We sat like that for a little while, and then we both got off the roof.

"I'm brotherzoning you, though," Kai said to me. "Cuz Skylor won me over." He winked.

I giggled and replied, "Yep."

When we both walked inside, everyone was there, and Neuro was smirking.

"Kai and Lloyd, sitting in a tree," said Nya playfully.

"Shut up. Kai's relation to me is like my relation to you," I said to her.

Skylor and Harumi walked up to us, and we all went our separate ways. But then I stopped.

"One second, Harumi," I said, and rushed over to Nya.

I leaned closer to her and whispered in her ear.

"You know what I meant when I said Kai's relation to me is like my relation to you?"

"Yeah," she said back.

"Basically how if Jay didn't exist, we'd be together, and if Skylor and Harumi didn't exist, it would be me and Kai?"

"Yeah."

I smiled at her. She giggled a bit. Yeah, we both had a 'more than friends' relationship when Jay was stuck in the First Realm.

Then I ran off to Harumi, my one and only, my forever.
