Saiki Kusuo has being transfered to Tengu City thanks to a error from the teacher. The Esper take this as a chance to finaly be able to relax...He couldn't have being more in the wrong.

Strange girls with super power called spirit will come to his life whetever he like it or not. All of them are even ready to blow up the city just for fun. Will Saiki be able to get a relaxing life despite all this? We just have to wait and see

There are never being Saiki Kusuo Crossover with Date A Live, Which is too bad by the way. Because i think that it would be fun to see the Spirits reaction to a powerful being who just want a quite life...And who don't show much expression.

Whetever Saiki is in relationship or not is up to you. Knowing Saiki romance is the last thing in his mind anyway. 

Saiki will help Shido with his problems. Because he don't want to have his peace ruined.

You can also bring Hairo, Aren, Kaido and Nendou for the fun. Also to give Shido more male friends.

Shiori will exist as Shido and Kotori's sister while being the twin of the former. If you want you can pair her with Aren. There always being story with either Shido or Shiori but never with both.

Tenka will show up earlier and get interested in Saiki. Wondering why a powerful being want to life a ordinary life while at the same time protecting the others.

Mayuri and Rinne will be in the main timeline. you can ship them with Hairo and Kaido.

For Shido, he keep his girls.

Idea #2:

Shido is a psychic that want a peaceful live. However, the arrival of the Spirit will quickly shake things up. Let see what will the Spirit do when they meet the most Powerful being on Earth.

Update 19/09/2023: So, after reflection, i decided to change some little thing. Because the Challenge was just remplacing Shido by Saiki. I'm not sure what i was thinking with this. I don't like when someone replace Shido. Especially when nothing change. However, it still could be interesting to see their Reaction to someone who is powerful without the need to be a Spirit. Also, i could see Saiki putting those who bother him in their place. (Miku, Natsumi, Ellen, AST, Wascott, Tenka.) Apologize if it sounded hypocrite. I'll try to not make the same mistake in the Future.
