Naruto x Negima: A New Beginning

For a long time, Naruto Uzumaki wished for two thing: Love and Acceptance.

He find it in a Kunoichi of Kumo who goes by Samui...at least, that's what he though.

Without warning, Konoha was attacked by a army of Ninja from Kumo and Iwa. There, Naruto witnesssed something that shock him. Samui attacking his comrade and killing Ninja from his Village. There, he learned everything. Iwa and Kumo make a alliance to destroy Konoha once and for all. However, they must keep their Jinchuriki busy and learn about everything they can about the Village. So, the Raikage has a plan.

Turn out that Samui has being manipulating Naruto to not only gather information about Konoha, but also to be the mother of his child. Not only they would destroy the Village they hate so much, but they would also give birth to a child who came from the Uzumaki Clan.

Hurt and enraged to have being used, Naruto used Kyubi's Chakra and attacked Samui. Despite being a profesional Kunoichi, she never stood a chance against him. And so, the last thing she saw before closing her eyes forever is Naruto glaring at her with pure dissapointment before whispering to himself. "I wish to have never meet you..."

And so, Samui was gone. The Invasion was pushed back, but at the cost of many dead. Heartbroken and feeling guilty, Naruto swore to never fall in love again.

Then...after a accident, Naruto find himself in another world. One filled with Magic instead of Chakra. There, he meet the Dean who offer him a job/place as student in Mahora Academy with the promise that they find a way to return him to his Home. Suspicious, he accepted. From now on, Naruto will meet particular people who will help him to open his heart again.

Pairing: Naruto x Konoka and Setsuna.

Naruto learn Magic and combine it with Chakra.

I'm back with another Story. It something that came out randomly in my head.

Before you say anything, yes, i know that Betrayed Story are super cliched. But for this one, i wanted to take a different road. Instead of being betrayed by Konoha or someone who life in this Village, he was betrayed by a Ninja from another Village, and given that Kumo and Iwa are the one who is the most hostile toward Konoha, i though that it would suit them.

The reason i choose Samui is because she's always put as Pairing option. So i wanted to make a Story where she's a Villain for a change. Beside, Samui is the kind of Kunoichi ready to do anything for her Village.

For Negima...it's being many year since someone made a Story about it, and in my opinion, it's more interesting then a certain show that everyone keep using for some reason...then again, so is Naruto.

Now for the Pairing.

Konoka Konoe: She's a bright girl who can give Naruto back his smile. After talking to each others a lot of time, Naruto started to realise that he cared about her and wished nothing more then her hapiness. Even though it would mean sacrifice his own.

Setsuna Sakurazaki: At first, she would be wary of Naruto, but after noticing the sadness behind his eyes, she became curious. She became his training partner after learning that he can fight. Over time, after the Kyoto Arc and being helped to overcome her inner demons, she fall in love with Naruto.

Slowly, Naruto start to regain his old self again. Used or not, Naruto was still in love with Samui, and it's not easy to get over a heartbreak...from the record, i'm not speaking from experience.

Naruto can have friendship with girls of the Class. Ako/Nodoka/Zazie/Kazumi and so on.

Negi became stronger with the rest of the others.

The Main Antagonist should be...a Character from another Universe who is responsable from bringing Naruto to the other world. You can decide who. Along with Iwa and Kumo as secondary Antagonist in the Elemental Nation.
