"Hey!" I beat on the man's back that picked me up. "What do you think you're doing?! I was trying to hang stuff up to dry! Put me down!" The man never replies. I guess he's wanting to stay quiet.

"Miss Sasaki! I'm scared!" I hear Naho exclaim and then start to cry. I am not about to let this grown man take Naho away.

"Naho!" I start pounding on the man's back. "Put her down right now! Can't you see she's terrified?! She's only a child!"

The man lifts me up more onto his shoulder. "The way you're acting is very unflashy."

I shove my hand against his head. "You're the one kidnapping two people, one of them being an innocent little girl! You're the 'unflashy' one here! Put her down!"

"Stop that, would ya?!" The man exclaims, walking toward the entrance to leave. "And quit your yapping! You're so damn loud!"

"Miss Sasaki! Naho!" Aoi calls out. I look at the doorstep of the mansion to see her, Kiyo, Sumi, and Kanao. They all must've heard our arguing and come to see what's going on.

"Miss Aoi! Miss Kanao!" Naho cries. "Please help us!"

"Put them down, you jerk!" Kiyo yells, squeezing her eyes shut.

"I can't watch this anymore!" Sumi adds, covering her eyes.

I try to get out of this man's grip, but he's got a tight hold of me, so I just stick with my best option: Shoving my hand against his head.

"Keep still!" He yells. "You're not going anywhere!"

"Then put the girl down!" I shout, still shoving against his head. "If you're going to-" I stop myself, since my free hand is grabbed. I look down to see Kanao and Aoi. Kanao has a hold of my hand, while Aoi's got a hold of Naho's ankle. They're trying to stop this man from taking us.

"Miss Kanao...Miss Aoi..." Kiyo and Sumi mutter.

The man looks back at her over his shoulder. "You two are not being very flashy. Need I remind you the orders you received?"

Neither of them reply. Kanao only grips my hand tighter. They're both probably very scared right now.

"If you're gonna be unflashy, then at least say something!" The man yells.

"Don't yell at them!" I exclaim, hitting his back with each word.

He growls. "Stop hitting me, damn it!"

"C-Charge in at once!" Kiyo exclaims.

"Charge in at once!" Sumi repeats. Then, they both run over and jump onto the man to try and get him to release Naho and I.

The man tries shaking them off. "Get off of me, you little brats!"

"Hey!" I hear the familiar voice of Tanjiro yell. "That's no way to treat ladies! Release them at once!"

It felt as though everything paused. Does he think this guy is trying to take all of us? Never mind that, he needs to head-butt this guy.

I find it strange how this guy is just standing still now. Is he trying to see what Tanjiro might try to do? What is he going to do next? I can't see a single thing going on. I can only see Kanao and Aoi.

Suddenly, the man jumps up to the top of the gate, but turns around, so I'm now facing the outside. He's making me very upset, because I can't see anything that goes on now.

"You're a fool." The man comments, probably speaking to Tanjiro. "I'm Lord Tengen Uzui, a former shinobi. I'm known around here for my resplendency. Did you really think I'd fall for one of your vulgar head-butts?!"
