A/N: So, there's gonna be like a huuuge timeskip. I'm talking like- an episode was skipped. I'll be going straight into Y/n and Hinatsuru being with Makio and Suma aka it's gonna be the end of the battle. Alright, I hope you all enjoy!

"Zenitsu! Inosuke!" Tanjiro shouts. "What's going on?!"

Zenitsu never answers as he is busy deflecting all attacks coming our way with Inosuke. The weird thing is that Zenitsu is keeping his eyes closed the entire time...how strange.

"They're forcing us to change our strategy!" Inosuke huffs, blowing some steam out of his mask's nose. "No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get close to the worm lady! So, the three of us are gonna have to take her on while the old man takes on the praying mantis guy alone!"

"She's the weaker of the two." Zenitsu informs, slicing at the ribbon. "We've got to behead her first. Tanjiro, can you still move?"

Tanjiro just watches the fight going on down below. I know he's really worried about Uzui. I mean, I am too. Uzui is a highly trained Hashira though. I think he can hold off on his own for as long as it takes.

Still distracted by the fight below, Tanjiro begins to be surrounded by the ribbon and it's closing in on him way too fast.

"Tanjiro!" I scream and push myself out onto my feet. I reach toward my ribbon band for a kunai, but I've run out. Shit. I was going to throw one at the ribbon to see if it would paralyze the demon they belong to.

Thankfully, water surrounds the huge ribbon ball as Tanjiro slashes through it using his breathing technique. "I can! But only because Mr. Uzui risked getting poisoned to help me out! We need to hurry this up or he might not make it!"

Suddenly, blood scythes appear from below and fly toward Tanjiro, who is just barely able to block them from hitting him.

"That demon is still able to fight here while down there with Lord Tengen..." Hinatsuru notes in a worried tone. "He's got to be pretty strong to be able to do that."

I help her to her feet. "We can't think about that right now. We need to get out of here, especially with the condition you're still in." I lay a hand of her forehead. "You're starting to get as warm as you were earlier."

"Miss Sasaki! Miss Hinatsuru!" Tanjiro yells. "You need to get out of here!"

I nod. "I was just telling Hinatsu-"

"Behind you!" He interrupts, charging towards us.

Hinatsuru and I look behind us in unison to see the ribbons come flying at us, but Tanjiro and Zenitsu block the attacks from both sides. That was too close.

"Are you both alright?" Tanjiro asks, landing in front of us.

"We're fine thanks to you and Zenitsu." I reply. "I'm gonna get Hinatsuru out of here." I take a deep breath. "All three you, please stay safe!"

Tanjiro nods and jumps away from us. I'm afraid of how he'll be able to perform with the terrible condition he's currently in.

I shake the thought out of my head. "Come on. We need to go now."

"Let's go find Makio and Suma." Hinatsuru offers.

I nod. "Yes, of course. If they're in any condition like you are, then I need to get to them now."

"We should go to where the ribbon demon was." Hinatsuru suggests. "I have a hunch they'll be around there somewhere."

"You do have great hunches..." I recall. "Let's go."

"He slapped your ass?!" Makio laughs. "Lord Tengen must've been trying to get something through to you."
