A story idea more about a super villain committing evil acts with tickling gadgets. Binding them swiftly, tickling her victims for information, and leaving them a tickle bot that'll keep on torturing the poor officers and civilians long after she's gone. First main story would be her robbing a museum for a diamond, tickling one gagged officer on her feet until she gives all the keycards to the museum and turning off all the security. The second victim would be a roaming officer tickled on her feet while she was hanging upside down and trying (mostly failing) to call for backup. She would also get a tickle bot to keep her company while she runs off with a priceless diamond.
