"Just know I'm not happy about this." Ke'ya said to Tsu'tey who was grumbling to himself angrily.

"Don't kid yourself, I hate it just as much as you do" he hissed, not bothering to look down at the woman beside him who's face might explode from anger.

"Well I will make sure your time with me is excruciatingly painful." She spat, leaving him to go to her hammock and sleep.

"I'd like to see you try." His voice sounded from behind. She whipped around so fast her head would have fallen off her shoulders.

"Are you fucking following me?" Her voice accusing and defensive as he leaned in towards her, "the whole world doesn't revolve around you princess. There are other hammocks and other Na'vi trying to sleep." eyes narrowing at her, staring deeply into her eyes, "Eywa, I hate spoiled brats."

"I hate stuck up pricks even more" she yelled, resisting the urge to claw at his ears and face with aggression.

"Go fuck yourself" a hiss left her throat, a slight crack in her voice, his words getting to her. Tears swelled in her eyes as she stared at him.

His narrowed eyes softened as he realized his words, "Ke'ya-"

"Good night Tsu'tey."

And with that she was gone, subtle tears fell from her eyes, her hand coming up to muffle her sobs.

That night the two were laid in their own hammocks, each on other sides of the tree. Tsu'tey ridden with guilt and Ke'ya's eyes bloodshot from crying.

Ke'ya was up during the early hours of the morning, dressed in a new loincloth and chest cloth, her day had just begun with a bad start.

Her usual smile was swapped out for a frown, her usual bright eyes were bloodshot and dull.

She earned stares from others as she walked through the village to get her food.

"Good morning Ke'ya," Neytiri smiled, her hand wrapped around Jake's who was stood awkwardly smiling next to her.

His Na'vi was becoming better and better each day, it was almost as if it was English to him.

"Hey," she sighed, "what the hell happened to you?" Neytiri gasped, leaving Jake's hand now empty to cup her face.

"Are you sick? Do you need me to get mom?" Neytiri asked worriedly.

"I'm fine, really," placing a reassuring hand on her sisters shoulder, "just tired," a small smile formed on her face, putting Neytiri at ease.

"Okay," a sigh left Neytiri who stepped back, "I heard about your punishment, Good luck." She tried to give a hopeful smile to Ke'ya but she knew she wouldn't be convincing. She knew time with him would be horrible.

Ke'ya mumbled out a thanks, feeling a warmth behind her she looked back to see Tsu'tey standing over her from a distance.

She let out a heavy sigh and moved away, "bye Neytiri, Jake" she nodded, Tsu'tey followed her wordlessly.

He saw her face, the frown that graced her face and blood shot eyes.

He did that.

"Ke'ya" he said, trying to catch up to her long strides.

"Please. I'm not in the mood." She whispered, turning her face away.

"But-"

"Listen." She looked at him in the eye, an angry look on her face. He looked into her eyes which were still red from crying.

"For the next few hours, we will be silent. I will do my own hunting and you will sit there doing whatever useless thing you do."

His gaze never left her face as he tried to place a hand on her shoulder, "Ke'ya I really wanted-"

"Tsu'tey. Enough. You've already said enough. I'm just a spoiled brat right? Then I'm acting like it."

She turned away from him, leaving towards the forest where they were supposed to stay for a couple of hours.

He looked at her walk away and followed her silently.

They walked through the forest before emerging at a clearing. A small pond surrounded by trees  and the beautiful Pandoran plants was planted in the middle, a large log of a cut down tree was on one side of the pond while the other side had arrows lodged into the bark of another tree.

This was Ke'ya's hideout when she would disappear for hours on end.

Continuing to ignore Tsu'tey she sat on the edge of the pond, allowing her feet to submerge into the water.

She leaned her head back, her untamed hair falling down her back. Tsu'tey just stared at her.

The sunlight shone through the leaves of the trees above, it was as if the sun was warming her.

Her eyes were closed, she looked at peace. Tsu'tey's eyes roamed her face, now he noticed how beautiful she was, well he always thought she was somewhat pretty but her personality pissed him off. Well it didn't, but he was angry with himself for liking how she looked, or the way her hair smelled when she would walk past him.

"Ke'ya," he whispered, her eyes opened, blinking as she tried to adjust to the sunlight.

"Sit down," she said, her eyes closing once more.

He moved to sit next to her, the smell on honey and fresh herbs engulfed his senses.

"I'm sorry Ke'ya, I'm so sorry, I never meant to make you cry" he whispered guiltily to her.

She looked at him, her eyes tired, "am I really a spoiled brat?" Her words barely above a whisper.

"Of course not Ke'ya, if anything I admire you," he said, his words genuine.

"But you hate me, I hate you, that's our whole relationship," she said, turning her body to face him.

"Im only jealous of you, you're amazing, and I'm just meant to be mated to a woman I don't even love. I think it's obvious your sister and Jake are in love,"

"Don't say that, you never know, but really? You're jealous of me?" Her eyes widened at his words.

"Teach me to be like you, maybe we can stop hating each other, for the sake of the clan, for the sake of your sister and parents." A slight smile on his face.

"I'll think about it," she teased, "no promises though," her face went stone cold within a second.

"Don't double cross me."

"Wouldn't dare to princess"
