Aonung had been pulled out of the water by the sully father who quickly took to the outside reefs along with other Metkayina, "Aonung? Kid stay with me!" He yelled out holding the boy close as he realized something was wrong, he had only seen Aonung appear at the surface he didnt know what happened underneath the water, he saw blood and rushed back to the clan as he got back he could see people running frantically and yelling he assumed it was because of Aonung running, Jake yelled calling for help Aonung laying unconscious in his arms heading to the medic pod.

Ronal was quick she had left the baby to Tsireya the second she heard Jake calling for help only thinking the worst hoping her son was alright, the second her eyes locked on him she cried out "Oh my son!" She ran beside him checking his wounds seeing if he could be treated she wrapped his body in bandages and prayed she listened for his heart beat finally calming down before she realized the frantic screaming outside she ran out the Sully father following realizing she seemed confused a loud horn blared and Ronal scanned the crowd "I must stay with my son, Go see what is happening" she demanded at the sully father as she went back inside to her son Jake nodded taking off.

"The boy rised from the reefs!" Was all he could hear everything was a mess it was all confusing Jakes eyes scanned looking for anyone he could ask about what was happening he saw Kiri leaning against a tree holding her head Rotxo trying to comfort her Jake ran to her "Kiri? Kiri whats going on?" He asked frantic keeping his voice low seeing she was in pain "Ewya.." she mumbled "Our great mother, she is confused I can feel her confusion." Kiri explained as best she could "She has been repeating 'Ewya' ever since everyone started screaming no one knows what happened everyones scared" Rotxo said, He was shaking everyone was affected by Ewyas confusion.

Everyone paused blood running cold hearing someone yell "A dead has risen!" The three stared at eachother Jake heard a loud yipping sound and looked up to see his mate on her Ikran she flew straight pass them Tuk's small voice screaming from the Ikran, the three ran going to the burial reefs where most of the people had gathered worried voices frantic trying to understand what they saw.

Jake saw Neytiri's Ikran in the front near the water as Jake Kiri and Rotxo made their way through to the front everyone parting seeing them making it quicker, Jake and Kiri felt their hearts drop they saw Neteyam being pulled from the water thrashing they ran forward pulling him onto land trying to calm him Neteyam was frantic gasping for air, shaking Rotxo suddenly understood what kiri had said, It was Neteyam he was the one who broke through the laws and came back thats why Ewya was confused, he was holding a large lump in his arms refusing to let go he started calming as he felt his breath return to him.

"What?" He said looking around the last thing he remembered was Aonung getting hit by the akula he had pulled him away from the water to the surface where he had seen his father in the distance from pure will and determination, "Where?..Where is Aonung?" He breathed out "Is he ok?" Jake paused "Neteyam.." Neteyam grasped the situation he remembered he had been dead not even an hour ago and was now somehow back Tuk was in tears hugging him her arm hit the lump in his arms and she froze looking at it.

"Egg?.." she sniffled wondering if she was seeing that right as her eyes were clouded and she was glomped in hugs by her family who all wrapped around Neteyam, everyone paused finally realizing not even Neteyam noticed "That is a egg.." Jake said staring at it now everyone was just confused Neytiri didnt care much for the egg she just wrapped her arms around her son, she could figure out the egg later, "Oh Neteyam.." she cried holding him close not wanting to let go she didnt want to lose him again. Neteyams eyes started tearing up realizing how much he had missed them.

Lo'ak who had joined after also seeing his mothers Ikran just stared at them he started shaking he felt sick, he started crying quietly Neteyam looked up "You are also part of this family" He said Lo'ak choked hearing his voice again and his tears turned into sobs as he ran and clung to his older brother "How are you even back.." lo'ak asked through crys Neteyam shook his head unsure of the answer to that, he put his head to Lo'aks "Its alright brother.." he whispered and Lo'ak cried more tighting his grip on him.

Tonowari appeared after a bit in shock he was stumbling around almost like he was drunk but he was just panicked and guilt ridden knowing it was his fault he had run off like that, he just found out that his son was unconscious and needed serious medical attention he was kicked out of the medical pod by his mate, Tsireya was sitting in the medical pod with her mother and brothers, he approached the Sullys and stared at Neteyam "When he said he didnt want a mate..I didnt know it was because he had already chosen one.." Tonowari said remembering the argument before his son ran away there was no one else it could have been, Neteyam looked up his worry for his lover returning "Aonung..where is he? is he ok?" Tonowari looked away "I wasn't allowed in I am not sure, if you would like I can take you to him if your family and yourself agree?" He said aware of the fact they just got him back and would most likely wish to stay with him Neteyam nodded and looked to his family "I want to see him please? I need to know if he is ok.." Rotxo helped Kiri off the ground as she felt exhausted she gripped his arms "Kiri needs rest also, Take care of her-" he was cut off "Neteyam..Its ok we understand you can go we got Kiri" Jake said as Neytiri hesitantly, let go of him "Yes Tey go" she said with a knowing look "Ill be back" He said unconsciously holding the egg close to him, no one else questioned the egg.

Neteyam had to have Tonowari help him as he couldnt walk, he needed to learn to walk again, Tonowari knocked on the side of the medical pod seeing his mate turn with a glare that quickly turned into shock seeing Neteyam, "What.." she looked at Aonung then back to Neteyam, Neteyam only cared about Aonung "Is..Is he ok?" He huffed out Ronal just paused "Uhm hes..he is stable now..he lost his left arm though and injured his left leg he will have to heal for some time." She said the sadness she felt wondering how painful that must have been.

"It was an Akula" Neteyam said while asking Tonowari to bring him closer and set him down Tonowari just did ask he was asked then stood outside the pod still looking in, no one questioned how he knew they just knew he most likely saw it while he was with Ewya, Tsireya broke the silence "Ok im sorry I was trying to be serious but is that an egg?-" she asked as Neteyam looked in his arms again Tonowari and Ronal looking too "Uh I think so? I came up with it but something is telling me to not let it go and to wait for it so I guess it is?" Neteyam explained looking back at Aonung who was next to him now, they where laying on the floor so Neteyam could check him and be there since he couldnt walk.

Ronal had to ask Tonowari to cut off Aonung's  arm as it was completely crushed and would not be able to fix it she couldnt watch, Neteyam kept his eyes closed, Tsireya didnt even come she couldnt she didnt want to see it.

a few weeks passed and Neteyam Kept having to get Help while learning to walk again, he had borrowed a leather harness with cloth the Metkayina people used to carry the new babys and he kept the egg strapped to his body every day, he kept cloth around it keeping it warm, he would never let it touch water unless he washed the egg, Tsireya had joked about it being his child but remembered what Aonung had told her.

Aonungs minor wounds had almost healed he was still unconscious but was getting better he could wake up any day now, Neteyam would stay with his family until the sun set then would go and stay with Aonung while everyone slept, he couldnt sleep very well since he came back so he took watch of him to make sure his condition didnt change during the night and would go back to his family when the sun came back up.

He layed next to his lover just looking at him he had the egg between them wrapped in cloths "Ma nung.. please wake up soon" he whispered he felt his heart sink as he looked at his lovers state, His arm, the scars he had now. He kissed his head  "I will wait for you" he whispered.

Neteyam stared at him and said the first thing that came to his head.

"Sweet dreams Ma nung.."
