Kiyoshiro yawned as he watched the security cameras that Jellymon had set up for Digitia. He was overcautious, as always, and the young man had decided sleep was for the weak. His hands found their way around a warm cup of coffee as he sipped at it. His one hand found its way to the mouse as he right-clicked through the different cameras in full view. Another sip. His tired mind duly registered the two voices talking behind the closed door to his office. He pulled all the camera feed screens back on the monitor as he leaned his elbow on the desk to prop his head up. The time flashed 3:00 AM beside him in bold, red numbers.

"Should we knock him out?"

"I could shock him to sleep."

"Jellymon," gasped the woman. "I think knocking him out would work better. I wouldn't be surprised if he was used to your electric shocks by now."

"Excuse me!" Jellymon huffed. "It's my shocks that have woken him up plenty of times – and that's gotten us out of danger."

"Alright, alright," Emma said before she sighed. "He hasn't slept in two days. I'm a bit concerned."

"Just a bit?" scoffed Jellymon in a playful tone. "Darling looks as if he's surviving on coffee alone."

"I can hear you two," Kiyoshiro's voice floated through the closed door. "I'll get sleep once I decide everything is safe with Digitia."

Digitia was four years in the making, and Kiyoshiro put a lot of his time and effort into the new country. He yawned once more before opening the door to the office with a push of a button. He watched Emma and Jellymon fall forward as the support they had disappeared. The two fell into a pile on the floor. He chuckled at their appearance before pushing his chair away from the monitor. His arms stretched above his head before they were placed on his hips.

"Really, you two," he began. "You both should be in bed. Emma, may I remind you, you have a job?"

Emma huffed as she stared at her boyfriend. He had a point. She was a reporter for the local news company in their area of living. Her mouth formed a frown before she huffed. Her arms crossed as she looked away from Kiyoshiro after she had sat up on the floor.

"That's hilarious coming from you," she told him. "You're going to be super responsible now?"

Kiyoshiro gawked at her words before he sighed. He placed his hands up in surrender to the reporter. He knew better than trying to argue with Emma Hanes.

"Here," he said as he held out a hand to her. "Let me help you up."

She smiled at him before going to grab his hand. Kiyoshiro helped straighten his girlfriend once she was off the floor. Jellymon had taken to floating around them in her jellyfish form before yawning. The Digimon made herself comfortable on top of Emma's head before dozing off for the rest of the night. Emma blinked as she saw Jellymon settle on her head. She moved to poke the Digimon with her pointer finger.

"She does feel like jelly."

"You say that every time you touch her," snorted Kiyoshiro. "She is based on a jellyfish. It's not that shocking."

"Rude," Emma huffed playfully. She looked at the monitor and the video feed from the cameras before humming. "Are you expecting trouble?"

"We were told that some Digimon weren't happy with Digitia being created," he explained to her. "Therefore, I'm taking precautions."

"Do you know if they said they were going to attack sometime soon?"

"N-No."

"Kiyoooo," she said as she dragged out his name. "You went overboard again, didn't you?"

"I don't go over —" he stopped as he saw the look she was giving him. "Yeah, I panicked and went a bit overboard."

"I guess I shouldn't have contacted Hiro and Ruli then," she mumbled. "They said they were coming over."

"Wait, what?! It's nearly 3:30 A —" He was caught off by the doorbell to their house. "M. I'll get it."

He grabbed his mug of coffee before going to unlock the front door. Ruli and Hiro were standing at the door as they stared at him. He was sure he looked as if he hadn't gotten any sleep in the past two days. He sipped the coffee from the mug before Hiro took it from his hands. He whined as the warmth of the brown liquid disappeared from his hands.

"Senpai."

"Please, Amanokawa-kun," Kiyoshiro said. "I'm not your senpai anymore. Neither of us are in school anymore. Though, I long to be the dorm leader again."

"You need sleep," Ruli said as she heard him. "Who wants to go back to school?"
