Hiro, Ruli, and Kiyoshiro were tasked with creating a country that would bring Digimon and humans together. It's been 4 years since Quantamon's demand. Hiro and Ruli have just graduated high school, and they are going to open Digitia in just a few weeks. But, not all Digimon or humans are happy with this arrangement.
