𝐘/𝐧'𝐬𝐩𝗼𝐯 Today was finally the carnival and I was pretty excited about that, Rue and Gia were excited as well for this since I was taking them and Lexi who was currently over at their place.
After deciding to leave my twists down I finished getting ready before leaving the bathroom. Fit check

"Hey, y'all finna head out now?" I asked Fez and Ash" "Yeah, make sure you don't forget this" Ash said, handing me my gun.
"*sigh* you know I never do, and it's just a carnival" "Ay man these clowns are dangerous, we just wanna make sure you're protected if we're not close enough" Fez explained "I know, anyways I'll see y'all around," I say, kissing both his and Ashe's cheek before leaving to my car.
"Low Life" by The Weeknd was currently playing as I started my car up, first picking the girls up before heading to the carnival.
I was truly cruising along the road, not really in a rush, already slightly high thanks to smoking while getting ready, but it's not like Rue was any better because she was definitely out of it, making me wonder where she got the drugs from.
"Alright y'all we're here" I announced once parking my car, the four of us got out with me adjusting my dress since it road up a bit.
But once getting myself together we walked into the carnival, people walking by, enjoying their time there.
"Hey imma go look for Kat, y'all have fun and keep me updated," I say while walking off, first buying myself some tickets before getting some funnel cake.
"That looks good," Kat said while walking over to me "There you are, and it is, wanna try some?" "Sure," Kat said as I allowed her to have some.
"Anyways have you seen Maddy?" "Oh, you mean your girlfriend that you've been ignoring?" "Kat we're not dating" "Yet, and last time I saw her she was with Cassie" Kat explained as I nodded.
"Mkay well, you wanna get on a ride together? I know we just ate this but I mean we'll be fine" "Yeah totally, come on"
Now we were running off to get on a ride, deciding to get on some spaceship ride that like, spins you around.
Once inside I saw Kat knew the guy next to her while some random guy stood next to me.
"Damn you look fine as hell, wassup ma," the guy said while looking me up.
"Yeah I know, and nothing's up," I said, rolling my eyes, happy that the ride was finally starting before this guy could keep talking, Kat and I laughing and screaming the entire time.
"Pft haha oh my god I'm so dizzy" I laughed once we were off, practically having to hold onto each other while Ethan just laughed at us.
"No, me too, oh my" Kat added as we started to catch our breaths, Ethan seeming to want some alone time with Kat, which I didn't mind giving them.
"*sigh* now what?" I asked myself, now roaming the carnival, about to go up to an easy game booth when I was dragged into a dark alley.
"What the h-" "Calm down it's just me," Maddy said, making me calm down, moving my hand away from my purse.
"Damn Maddy you need to announce yourself, I almost did something" "My bad, but I had to catch you before you ran off again" Maddy stated, instantly making me go silent, trying to think up my apology.
"Look you have your own life, and I know I'm with Nate so I shouldn't be saying this but when I saw you were in Bri's bed I just couldn't help but be mad, like I couldn't deal with the thought of not having you to myself"
As Maddy talked I was caught completely off guard and I didn't even realize Rue was calling me right now, too focused on the fact Maddy had put her pride aside to tell me all of this.
"Why though?" I asked, still in a state of confusion "Cause I like you, I always have"
Once Maddy admitted that I was left shocked, and even more so because Maddy had taken a step closer, her eyes glancing at my lips before kissing me.
"I like you too" I finally say once we pulled away, Maddy smiling at me.
"Come on let's go piss Nate off," Maddy said, and now we were off to the chili cook-off thing, seeing Nate's dad won, Maddy did a very slow clap, catching everyone's attention.
"Yeah, I'm not supposed to be here because I'm dressed like a hooker and none of you guys like me. But I just wanted to say congratulations" "Maddy get out of here," Nate said, just as Maddy had pulled me over just for a kiss, people erupting in gasps and such as Maddy had only deepened the kiss. only pulling away after a few moments, and as the cherry on top, she had knocked down the pot of chili.
"Oh wow," I say, standing there for a moment before I started to laugh, seeing Nate pulling Maddy away, the girl winking at me before leaving, which I'd later learn only ended in pain.
Already I knew that was my cue to leave, and when I did I bumped into Rue.
"Fuck, there you are, we're looking for Gia" Rue explained "Is she not answering her phone?" "no it's going straight to voicemail" and once that was said we were looking for Rue's sister, practically searched the entire place before finding Gia at the parking lot with McKay's brothers and some other kids.
"Gia, what the hell?" Rue said as we walked over, realizing Gia was high.
"Alright, Gia let's go," Rue says "but I'm having the best time" "Yeah we all are" Troy laughed as I slowly started getting annoyed.
"Gia get the fuck up and come on" Rue repeated "Yo for real when did you become such a bitch?" "Yeah before or after you OD?" Troy and Roy asked Rue.
"Bruh I'm not doing this, come on Gia," I say, snatching up the girl.
"Ay now super sis, I don't know why you're acting so protective, hell these two ain't even blood, even the niggas at the pretzel stand aren't" "Yeah adopted ass," the twins say as I stopped in my tracks before turning around.
"Worry about your blood 'cause if you keep talking it's gonna be yours on this ground" I threatened.
"Yeah right, that's why nobody wanted your ass," Roy said, and finally I had punched him and his brother, the twins going down in an instant.
"Come on yall," I say to Rue and Gia, the two decided to walk home so Rue could get Gia slightly sober, and Lexi had left with Cassie, leaving me to hang out with Fez and Ash in the stand.
"Ay, we finna close up" Ash informed "Okay," I say, getting up so we could leave, back in my car, and deciding to follow Fez back, and once we got home Fez had given us our cut, or technically my allowance for the week, but either way I was given some money.
And after that things had just wined down, the three of us staying up and watching tv together, eventually falling asleep around the second or maybe third movie.
