The next day at school Quinn tried to avoid Matteo, but after math class Matteo walked up to her and asked if she was okay and Quinn just nodded and walked off. Matteo tried to go after Quinn but he lost her in the crowd.

Quinn went to the east bathroom because she always knew it was empty, and she took out a familiar lighter and lit it and pressed it against her forearm and let out a gasp and held it there burning her skin, near all other self harm scars until the bell rang.

She ran home as fast as she could run school at all and tried to stop thinking about Matteo but she couldn't. Then she had a knock on her door and said " I'll get it"
As she opened the door she saw Matteo standing there. She immediately took him up to her room. She asked what Matteo was doing there. He just answered with " I wanted to talk to you, and see how you we're doing." Quinn and Matteo sat on her bed, and just replied with "I'm ok, really, just having a bad day is all" and tried to smile. She had asked if we wanted to stay for dinner so he did.

Matteo headed home around 7:30 p.m. and once Quinn woke up for school, she had grabbed her concealer and covered all the scars and other marks and burns on her skin, because nobody knew about her self harm tendencies, not even Jade or Eliza. She wore her TX2 hoodie and a pair of ripped jeans. Once she was ready she texted Matteo asking him if he wanted a ride to school, and when he said yes she drove to pick him up.

Once they arrived, they went there separate ways. Then once math rolled around Quinn sat down and began working on her homework. Matteo saw her and went to sit down next to her and they worked on the homework together. One school got out Matteo and Quinn went to Nolan's house, Quinn stayed for dinner after dinner Quinn said " excuse me, I'm going to use the bathroom real quick, by the way dinner was delicious thank you ma'am".

As she walked off she stopped in Matteo's room to grab something from here bag. As she shut and locked the door, she slide down the wall and pulled out her lighter, and she had pressed it against her arm, she winced at the pain. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and she pulled down her sleeve as she heard Matteo's voice asking if she was ok. All Quinn could respond with was "yep" and walked out. Quinn had asked Matteo  for a ride home and since he had his license Matteos mom let her.

Quinn and Nolan had to stop to get gas and after 5 minutes to Quinn's house she asked Matteo to pull the car over and she climbed on to Matteo lap so she was straddling his waist and looked at him for a split second and went for it, and kissed him, she expected Matteo to pull away for even slap her but he just melted into the kiss. After a second for two Quinn climbed back in her seat. After Matteo dropped her off Quinn went up to her room and spent the rest of the night up there thinking about the mistake she just made.
