Chapter 20

Yesterday was fun, even though it involved me getting up at 6:30 in the morning. Grayson acted like a little kid the whole time but, that's okay. I mean c'mon it's Disney Land. Dad and Addison are on their way home, It's only a few short hours till we have dinner and Officially tell them. I'm not scared like I was, I'm happy with Grayson and the way life is right now.

"Okay, I'm going to run my stuff over to your house and then i'll be back to clean up a bit" I informed Grayson as I walked into my kitchen.

"Okay, I'll go ahead and do some laundry and then Sweep the kitchen and living room" He planted a small kiss on my lips.

"Thank you" I smiled at him and walked out the door and over to his house.

I unlocked his door with my key he had made for me Yesterday and walked in. Well, his place needs a little tidying up too but, I'll do that tonight. I walked in his room and set my bag on his chair. I grabbed a piece of chalk and walked over to his chalkboard wall. I drew a good midsize heart and wrote "Leah loves Grayson" In the middle.. I set the chalk back down on his desk and made my way over to my house.

I walked in the house and to the laundry room where Grayson was standing shirtless putting clothes in the washer.

"Hello" I greeted him and wrapped my arms around his torso.

"Hey baby" He turned his head and planted a kiss on my cheek.

"Thank you for helping with the laundry" I smiled at him

"Tis not a problem" he turned his head back to the washing machine . I unwrapped my arms from around his torso and sat on the dryer.

"Since I can drive again, I'm going to the grocery store in a bit and get the stuff for tonight"

"Alright, I need to tag along. Were kinda out of alcohol and we need that tonight" He chuckled

"Sounds great" I smiled and hopped off the dryer.

I walked upstairs to my room and got ready.

"Do you need a shirt?!" I hollered down the stairs to Grayson.

"Yes please!" He hollered back. I quickly grabbed one of his shirts from my dresser and made my way back downstairs.

"Here ya go" I tossed him his shirt.

"Thanks" He mumbled and threw it on. I grabbed my truck keys and purse.

"Lets gooooo" I cooed.

Grayson and dad were cooking on the grill and drinking beer. Addison and I were sitting here quietly, watching them laugh and joke with each other.

"No, Aaron, stop you're going to mess up the burgers!" Grayson laughed at dad "Let me do it, you're getting too old to grill" He took the spatula away from dad.

"Shut up, I'm not old! Only two years older than your ugly ass" Dad chuckled and took a sip of his beer.

"I happen to look better than you" Grayson flipped a burger and looked at dad. Dad just laughed.

"Alright, I'm calling these done." Grayson took the hamburgers off the grill and put them on a plate.

"Good, I'm starving" They both walked over to the patio table and sat down.

"You guys are adorable, I think I should just let Grayson have you instead" Addison piped up. I Busted out laughing.

"I wouldn't want to marry him, he's like a complicated woman." "I think I need to change this shirt. It doesn't match my shorts" Grayson mocked dad.
