I woke up really early for a Saturday. I was finally home on my bed. My dad's not here thank the lord. In two days I'm moving.

Oh how fun it's going to be packing, then unpacking. Note my sarcasm. I hate when we move. We use to move like every 5 months because my dad's job.

Why do I call him my dad? He's not my dad anymore. He's Andrew. Not dad, Andrew.

I got my phone and went on kik. I wanted to text Calum.

"Hey">D

I send him and went to the kitchen for a drink.

"So how's Luke" someone said. I stop my tracks as I heard my name. Who's here?

"He's doing better, but I'm worried" my mom replied. "Why" she asked. "Because what if he commits again and I'm at work" my mom says.

I really wanted juice so I walked in the kitchen as they look at me. Oh it was just Ashtons mom.

"Hello Anne" I said to Ashtons mom. "Hello, Lucas" she said. "It's Luke" I corrected, she said my name the first time. "Sorry Luke how are you" she asked. "Been better but I'll survive" I said getting a juice box. "That's good. Oh and Ashton wants you to come over sometime before you move" Anne said. "Sure and mom are we moving really far away? Because I still want to see Ashton" I said. "No not that far but I'll know you love it there" my mom said with a smile. "Oh okay I better go to my room bye" I said and ran up the stairs. They are all so fake. They didn't care how I am, or if I love the new place.

I got my phone and saw that Cal text back.

"No I'm not">R

"Whatever, wyd?"

"Thinking and u">R

"About? And with Michael playing fifa"

"About how I'm going to move">R

"Omfg where?"

"Still in Australia right?"

"Please tell me still in Australia"

"No I'm actually moving to California">R

"What no, Lukey don't leave meeee!!"

"I'm just joking..">R

"Why did you scare me like that?"

"I took my chance">R

"Okay"

"Nah its okay I have to go, Michael is making me put down my phone. Text you soon?"

"Yeah sure, bye calum xx">R

"Bye Lukey :) xx"

I put down my phone and went down stairs again. Anne was still here but this time so was Ashtons dad, James.

"Hey luke" James said and tried to hug me but I flinched. "James what did I tell you" Anne said. "Oh sorry Luke totally forgot" he said. "No its fine, where's Ashton" I asked. "Outside, he's kicking rocks" he replied. "Thanks" I said and went outside.

"There's the hero" I said and Ashton turned around. "Luke I missed you" he said hugging me so tight. "You too buddy" I said. I awkward silence filled up.

"Why Luke" Ashton asked. "Why not?" I said. "Luke why didn't you come to me, I could have helped you" he claims. "No Ashton, no one can. They fucking gave me pills but I'm not going to take them" I said. "Luke, never do that again" he said. "Then never save me again, hero" I said. "Don't call me a hero" he said. "But my mum thinks you are" I said. "Yeah but I'm not" he said kicking more rocks. "I think you are" I said looking at him and he looked up and smiled.

Silence filled up but it didn't matter. It wasn't an awkward silence it was just a silence one of us needs to break.

"So you're moving" Ashton says. "I'm moving" I say. "I'm don't want you to" he said. "It's what's best for me, weren't you telling me to leave my house" I said. "Yeah but I meant with me not all away closer to Australia. How can you even go closer to Australia" Ashton said. "Ashton, I'm still going to be here for you. It's not that far away from here well that's what my mom said" I said. "Who's suppose to help me with my books and glasses" he said looking at me. "I don't know Ashton but just know there's that colored hair guy at McDonald's" I said. "Ahah very funny" he said with sarcasm.
