just 1 more week before luke lives closer to me.

just 1 more week until I get to talk to him and got out.

I smiled at the thought. I'm going to be happy. I'm going to be with luke.

"Calum time for work" my dad said. "okay" I said getting up and getting dressed.

my parents aren't happy to know I'm still talking to Luke but they are getting more use to it. they think he's a bad influence on me. I think other wise. Luke isn't bad for me. Luke is the best thing that happened to me in years. my sister thinks that too, why can't my parents?

I get into my dad's car as he drives me to the music shop. I can't wait to get my own license. just a couple more months and I'll be ready to drive. I knew how to its  just my parents said until I'm 18.

"come on, it's Saturday, busy day ahead of us" my dad said and we enter the shop. I clean a bit then put the open sign up.

just an hour later the store was packed. everything was 25% off so I get it.

Luke walked in to the store. I easy spotted him and I walked to him.

"may I help you handsome" I said. "hey cal and yes you can" he said hugging me. "hi Lukey, now how may I help you" I asked. "um, I want a guitar" he said looking at the floor. "okay, what kind" I asked. "acoustic guitar" he said. "well then follow me" I said and he did.

we went to the guitar section and Luke smiled.

Luke pov
I haven't seen one in years. well yes in videos but that's different. I can smell the beautiful wood.

*flash back*

"here luke, you're going to be something special" Ben said giving me a guitar. "I don't know how to play" little luke said. "learn. as long as you have this guitar, I'll be with you" Ben said smiling. "thanks you're the best" 14 year old luke said. "I know" Ben chuckled.

"come on Ben you're going to be late" Liz said. "I'm coming" Ben yelled. "love you luke, be good, okay?" he said kissing my forehead. "I love you too and I'll try" luke hugged his brother one more time before Ben getting into the car.

Luke waved at them until the car disappeared. Luke didn't like that Ben left but he had to. he need to go to college. but Ben didn't know leaving luke by himself cause luke pain. real pain.

*flash back ends*

"luke" Calum said snapping me out of thoughts. "sorry, yes" I said. "I said which one you want" he said. "that one" I said pointing at the random guitar. "okay follow me" cal said and I did as he said.

"hi Mali" I said. "hey luke, how are you" she asked. "been better and you" I said and she scans the price. "working in this shit so not good" she said and I chuckled. "sorry" I said. "nah its cool, you working anywhere" she asked. "yeah, my mom got me a job at her work, but I'm just her assistant" I said. "nice, that will be 65.50" she said and I gave her my credit card. "okay here you go" she said and I grabbed it. "thanks" I said. "anytime" she said. "Bye cal text me later" I yelled before leaving the busy store.

I got home and my mom was in the living room with someone.

"luke honey please come" she says. "yes mom" I said and saw who the person was. it was my ex-girlfriend, Sofia. "luke I'm sure you know Sofia" my mom said. "of course, I dated her until I realized I didn't like girls" I said. "well um she needs to tell you something" my mom said leaving the room.

"luke" she said hugging me and I huged back. "what are you doing here" I asked. "um luke--" she said but she got cut off by a voice. "mommy! im hungry" the little boy said. "you have a child" I asked. "No, we have a child" she said and my heart dropped. "w-what" I said. "We were both drunk 16 year olds" she said. "so he's 4" I said. "He's turning 4" she said. "so why are you telling me this now" I asked. "Because I thought I can do it on my own but I can't. Luke I need you to take him. I can pay for his education and and all but I need you to take him, please" she said.

I didn't know how to respond. should I take him? he is my child. I do want to be part of his life. I don't even know.

until I looked at the kid. he had blue eyes like me. he had golden brown hair like his mom. he had overalls and a striped shirt under.

"fine" I said. "really?" Sofia said. "yeah, I'll take him but you have to pay for his education and if you need help you can ask me" luke said. "thank you!" she said hugging me. "No problem" I said. "I'll visit him but I'll call you first" she says. "okay" I said.

"come here buddy" Sofia said. "yes mom" he said. "luke, your dad, is going to take care of you okay? I'm going to visit as much as I can" she said hugging her child. "He's my dad" he asked. "yup he is, are you okay that mommy leaves" she asked. "yup as long as you visit" he said. "okay I will" she said.

"thank again luke" she said hugging me. "what's his name" I asked. "his name is, Adam" Sofia said. "I told you I want to name my first born Adam" I said. "I know, that's why I named him that" she said. "does he have your last name or mine" I asked. "he has both of ours, just yours is first" she said. "okay anything I need to know about him" I asked. "nope he will tell you if you are doing something wrong" she said and I noded. "okay" I said. "Bye Adam, bye luke" she said and left.

"daddy" Adam said tugging on my shirt. "yes buddy" I asked. "can you make mac and cheese" he asked. "of course" I said picking him up and going to the kitchen.

wait what?!?! luke has a child!??!

yup.

anyways, I'm think of doing a question and answer when the story is finished... how does that sound?

and there will be a book 2! more adventures on the way.
