noah was worrying, he had felt like Dixie was ghosting him because she wouldn't answer him. he didn't want to be annoying so he stopped. But no one knew what he was going to do. It was third period. Well class was ending and he saw her at her locker so he walked up to her. " hey  marmita you haven't been answering my calls is there something wrong". She sighed. " look Noah after your parents I feel like you're too good for me and I'm not worth you and I feel like you don't like me like you're forcing yourself to like me". Noah was confused because she couldn't have gotten it more wrong. Noah loved  Dixie although he would never say that but he did.

" Dixie what are you talking about of course I like you I like you so much you don't even know and I will never force myself to be in a relationship with someone I don't like, I like you, Dixie, so stop trying to push me away it's not gonna work and don't worry about my parents there just dickheads". He said grabbing her hand. " do you really?". She said, putting her head down and not being sure of what he's telling her. " of course marmita please stop doubting us". He said, and pulled her in for a hug. Dixie hugged back and apologized. Although Dixie was still insecure She even heard some of the popular kids say that she wasn't good enough for Noah, it made her sick and insecure to the point where she believe them.

What period was starting it was a class they had together. they walk to class together and sat next to each other as more students came in.  some students noticed that Dixie and Noah were sitting next to each other and rolled their eyes at Dixie Dixie did indeed notice but that didn't really bother her because it was just a eyeroll. But as class went by noah went to the bathroom. So two girls came up to Dixie. " what are you doing with Noah? Are you guys dating and if you guys are what does he see in you really? You're just a rags or some type of project, it's what he do to every girl so don't think you're special because you're not". Some random girl said to her and they both walked away. Dixie felt weak. She wanted to cry, throw up because their words actually hurt her. She then doubted Noah she honestly did wonder why he liked her. Or did he even actually like her?. She wondered if she actually was just a project and he's just playing her. Her over thinking got the best of her. So when Noah came back, she didn't look or speak to him once.

fifth period started it was their lunchtime Usually Noah and Dixie will go to the cafe all lunch but Noah notice something was wrong with her because once class and it she just left. He wondered what happened when he was gone. Because something had happened he knew it. " Dixie wait you're doing it again you're blocking me out what's wrong?". Noah said grabbing her arm to pull her back. " why do you like me?". She questioned. " because you're nice and pretty and fun to be around w-why are you asking me this". Noah question because he's starting to be concerned. " because I don't deserve you. I am nothing. I don't even know why you like me. Please now I just- please leave me alone". " no hell no when will you understand that I like you, you're acting like you want me to not like you, for everything I should be asking if you like me". Noah say getting frustrated with her.

" I do I just don't know if you feel the same I don't know if you're lying to me. I don't know why you're doing any of this". she said giving him the same energy back. " I'm doing this because I like you, if you don't trust me what's the point of us?. if you're so insecure about being in a relationship with me then do yourself a favor and not be". he said upset, Noah didn't understand what Dixie was going through or her side of this. "Noah wait!! I'm sorry I'm sorry I do like you I do I like a lot and I know you like me, it's just people have been telling me otherwise, I'm sorry for doubting you". she said. She did calm him down. " it's okay Dixie just don't listen to other people and what they have to say about us. There will always be people who always have something to say, just don't listen to them, listen to me, believe me, trust me". Noah said. Dixie hugged him tight. 

Noah did hug back but he felt guilty Once again he had told Dixie to trust him, but the bet thing he's not doing this for the bet he's not trying to build a relationship with her because of the bet but he is continuing the bet but not to hurt Dixie or anything like that he just wants to prove to Vinny who he is, and what he can actually do. He just wish Dixie wasn't the bet. And if he had called it off nobody would respect him.

As the Dixie finally calm down and go back to being herself and not doubting everything they went to the cafe and got some food and just sat down in their booth and talked trying to forget what just happened.
