One of a kind

You went to bed after the whole argument with shifu and tigress. Going to your new room you try to fall asleep. Then see yourself waking up to a beautiful sunrise. You get up and go to the door. Everyone is there waiting for you.

You: Hey. What's going on?

They all stand there. Nothing said. You try to move pass them and they all stand still. Staring at you with little smirks.

You: What's going on?

Nothing is said again. You turn around and see them appear right in front of you. A voice is heard saying,
"Blinky"*2

Twice your name is called. You look around and see nothing. Then you blink and total darkness. Trying to wake yourself up but it dosent work. In the real world you are shaking and silently screaming. Then you jump awake after seeing everyone being hanged I front of you.

Sweating and heavy breathing. You get up and try to look for Po. He's no where to be found. Goes outside and sees the beautiful sunrise.

You find shifu sitting on a nearby hill. You go to talk to him.

You: Master shifu.

Shifu: Oh. It's just you. Your welcome to join if you want.

You: Ok. (*sits down*)

Shifu: Oh. And just call me shifu. Since your not one of my students.

You: Will do. (Sits there in silence. Holding something you want to talk about)

Shifu: Speak your mind blinky.

You: Why am I the only human? I mean, I'm sure there more humans out there but.... (Sighs) I don't know.

Shifu: So if you are able to run at high speeds. Why did you decide to stay here all those years ago?

You: I don't know. This place is kinda quiet. And peaceful. Helps me reduce the stress when me and Po are around.

Shifu: I see. You two seem very close. Well, considering that he is your "brother".

You: Yeah. You know, I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about someone.

Shifu: Don't we all.

You: Yeah. She's a really great leader. Can handle herself really well...

Shifu: It's tigress isn't it?

You: Yep.

Shifu: Your too easy to read blinky. But you show promise. And lots of it. We could use that.

You: If your offering me a spot in the five I'm good. I like where I am right now.

Shifu: Oh no. We have Po for that.

Shifu hears a sudden but quiet crash. And Po sounding like he's training.

Him and blinky go to the training hall and no one is there. They go to the kitchen and find Po eating snacks while doing kung fu.

You both catch him in the act and see a mess around the kitchen.

Po: What. I eat when I'm upset, ok.

Shifu: Oh no need to explain. I just thought you might be monkey. He hides his cookies on the top shelf.

You: I think I'm gonna go for a walk. Catch ya later.

You leave and shifu slowly follows you, then hides behind the wall. You keep going. Not bothering them.

Later on you see that the rest of the five aren't there. So you go for a search throughout the valley and they're not there. Then come to a realization that they've gone to fight Tai Lung. You run as fast as you can to their direction. Trying to hurry to catch up to them. Sunset falls and you see crane carrying the rest of the five. All look like they are dead.

You: Crane!

Crane: Oh thank goodness. Can you carry one of them?

You: Yeah. Give me which one?

Crane: tigress. Why is she so heavy?

He slowly guides her down and you grab her and continue running. She super stiff. Not moving at all but breathing. You two hurry back to the jade palace.

You: Hang on. We're almost there.

You start running faster than crane is flying.

Crane: Just leave me here I guess.

He tries to speed up. Once you and crane get to the palace shifu and Po are shocked to see what happened.

Po: Guys! Are they sleep, no their dead, no their eyes are open!

Crane: We were no match, for his nerve attack.

Shifu: He's gotten strong.

Helps mantis back to consciousness.

Po: Tai Lung, stronger?

Shifu helps monkey back to consciousness. He suddenly punches Po out if reaction.

Monkey: He's too fast! Sorry Po.

Shifu goes to help tigress become conscious.

Tigress: I thought we could stop him.

Shifu: He could have killed you.

Mantis: Why didn't he?

Shifu: So you could come back and strike fear into our hearts. But it won't work.

Po: Uh, it might... I mean, a little. I'm pretty scared.

Shifu: You can defeat him, panda!

Po: Are you kidding? If they can't they're five masters. I'm just one me.

Shifu: But you will have the power that no one else does.

Then shows the dragon scroll.

Po: You really... believe I'm ready?

Shifu: You are... Po.

He smiles and looks back up. Shifu goes and grabs oogway's staff and goes to the water pool below the scroll. And begins being the scroll down.

Shifu: Behold. The dragon scroll. It is yours. (Handing it to him)

Po: Wait. What happens if I read it?

Shifu: No one knows. But legends say you'll hear a butterfly's wing beat.

Po: Whoah really. That's cool.

Shifu: Yes. And see light in the deepest cave. You will feel the universe in motion around you.

Po: Wow! Can I punch through walls? Can I do a quadruple back flip? Will I have invisibility-

Shifu: Focus... focus.

Po: Huh? Oh, yeah... yeah.

Shifu: Read it, Po, and fulfill your destiny. Read it and become... the Dragon Warrior!

Po: Whooaa!!!

Po takes the scroll. Then he grasps the tube and tries to pull the top off it. It doesn't budge. He strains at it.

Po: It's impossible to open.

As they get it open you walk outside after finding out that it's an empty scroll. And start running. Faster and faster you run. The stress and anxiety rushes back to you. Flash backs rushing to your head, remembering the moments you watched tigress train growing up. Sneaking out the home to see her. And fighting a giant boar. Seeing her move around it and embracing herself.

You come to a stop and just stand there. Realizing that you just left them to fight Tai Lung alone. You sit there and think about your next move.
