I had woken up from my slumber as I checked the time on my phone. I have recently returned to the human world, not that I am happy about it although I KINDA am, it's upsetting knowing that I'm away from my favourite otaku. I got out of my bed and made a painful grimace, feeling the painful throbs my chest. I've been feeling this pain for a while so I went to the kitchen, shrugging the pain off. I grabbed a bottle of water and a small glass and drank it. I dropped the glass when the pain got worse.

I sighed and looked at the calendar, March 31, 2023. April is tomorrow, so maybe I should buy Levi a gift, so if the brothers come by, they could see Levi's gift. I stood up and went to the store to buy him the limited edition manga he begged me to get him. I bought the manga and it's own themed tote bag, all the volumes were in the tote bag as I walked home.

I got home, and setted the tote bag by the nearby desk of mine.

April 01.

I woke up as the pain got worse it got harder to breathe, but I shrugged it off, maybe just some normal chest pains that are normal. I went ahead and continued the day like it's normal, but with some bad chest pain of course. I thought of a nearby game store and decided to get Levi two games from there. Only for him though, I'm too broke to buy some for myself.

April 05.

Nothing much happened these past few days, I slept through most of these days anyway, it's boring. "Maybe I should go to the hospital about this." I suddenly walked my ass to the hospital and not even thirty minutes later I arrived.

I sat down patiently as the aching in my heart got worse.

It was my turn as I entered the doctor's office. "Good afternoon, Mr/Ms. L/N am I right?" He asked which I nodded. "What seems to be your concern?" I opened my mouth as I started speaking.

"Lately, for maybe three or two months I've been having terrible heart aches. It's been getting worse lately, to the point that I am struggling on breathing." He started writing it down "And lately my head's been feeling like a balloon too, and I can't even sleep because of the discomfort in my heart. And it's also quick for me to run out of breath." He then looked at me, sadly?

"Mr/Ms. L/N.. This has been for two or three months, am I right?" I nodded. "Since you're young, and your heart is well, quite damaged from what happened to you. I'm afraid you have CAD, or Coronary Artery Disease." Welp, shit.

"Surely this is treatable, right doc?" I asked. "It definitely is, but since yours has gotten worse, I don't think you could get better by yourself. So, will it be alright with you if you stay here?" I sighed. "Sure doc."

April 08, 2023.

Lately, I've been worse. I've been coughing and coughing to the point I even cough out blood. Can I make it to tomorrow?

3rd Person PoV;

Y/N fell to the floor as their vision got worse. Blood coming out of their mouth as they were coughing non-stop. "Ms/Mr. L/N!" A few nurses ran to them and escorted them to the ER.

Lucifer POV;

We went to pay Y/N a visit since it's Levi's birthday tomorrow, we went to their house as I knocked. No response, knocked again, no response, again. I instead opened the door, and it's unlocked? Strange. I went to their room as I saw a letter and a small bag. I read the letter;

Dear Levi, I am not sure if I can be okay on your birthday since I will be going to the hospital in a few days.

There has been quite some troubles with my health, and I don't think it's something I can treat by myself. But, if you and your brothers ever come here, the bag beside this letter is your gift. Happy Birthday, Levi! -Y/N

I went to my brothers, except for Levi as I showed them the letter, they looked devastated as we heard  Y/N's home phone rang. I picked the phone up and heard MC. "Hello?"

"Lucifer! Please come to **** hospital asap! Y/N is in the Emergency Room!" I felt a sense of rush as I yelled at my brothers that we needed to go. We rushed through multiple crowds, shoving and tossing around other people. We arrived to the front as I went to the (whatever it's called) and told them we were visiting L/N. We all went to find MC, one we did, we rushed towards them. "Lucifer.." They were crying. "What happened to them, MC?" They continued crying. "Y-Y/N.. They have a very fatal heart disease called Coronary Artery Disease."

"And I don't think they'll make it.." The nurse stepped out as MC talked to them.

"Lucifer.." They looked at me "They're gone.." I looked at Levi, he looks so devastated. He rushed out as Mammon rushed after him. "Thank you so much for informing us MC, and I'm terribly sorry for you." They nodded as me and the rest of my brothers went to find Levi. We went back to Y/N's house as I grabbed the small bag. I found Levi behind me as I went passed him to shut the door and lock it. "Levi, sit over there." He sat on Y/N's bed as I sat on their desk chair.

"Have this letter." He started reading it as he teared up and covered his mouth. I went beside him and pat his back. "They have a gift for you too." I grabbed the small bag and handed it to Levi. He looked inside as the tears finally flown out. "No mangas, games, or animes can replace Y/N.." I hugged Levi as I pat his back. "Don't worry Levi, I understand. Be strong now, let's wait because Y/N will be at celestial realm, they could ask for a visit to us, okay?" I felt back my tears.
