When he saved you from your ex | Jay

I've had a crush on my coworker for a while now. I've been working at this cafe for three years ever since I met Jay. I've only dated once and it was very abusive, after I finally had the courage to break up with my ex Jay was there to support me and helped me get this job.

It was another normal day at the cafe and I was serving when I heard the bell on the door ring signaling someone had entered. I went to there table to ask for their order when I realised who it was. My ex. Park Jihoon........

My whole body froze when I made eye contact with him, he smirked and walked over to me. "Hey baby long time no see" he held my hand as I shook in his grip. "Jjjihooon what aare yyou ddoing here" I mentally slapped myself for stuttering but he had some sort of control over me.

He chuckled and pulled me to the side so no one could see us. "How about you come home nicely before I become rough" I looked at him with soo much hate, I wasn't gonna be weak anymore. "Let go of me Jihoon it's been 3 years move on, I have" he clenched his jaw as his grip on my arm became tighter.

"I know you haven't moved on you love me and no one else" he looked up at me with fire in his eyes "right?" I shook my head. "You don't have any control over me Jihoon" knowing I was lying I tried my best to look strong but he saw right through me and pinned me on the wall, I winced at the pain on my back.

He came right up to my ear and spoke in whispers "don't lie to me princess, you know I can hurt you" that was it tears were rolling down my cheeks, I felt helpless.

He came back and smashed his lips on mine as I just cried my heart out, it was all I could do. He pushed me against the wall again "kiss back" I didn't do as he asked and his nails dug into my arms.

"I said kiss back" before he could kiss me again he was punched in the face, I looked up to see Jay furious. "Don't fuckin touch her" he called over some other workers and they led Jihoon out "I'll be back Y/N and watch what I do to you" he was kicked out of the cafe and Jay came and hugged me.

My heart fluttered at this sudden skinship, he pulled back and led me to the storage room to get some privacy. He looked at me and checked my face "he didn't hurt you did he?" I shook my head but smiled at his caring behaviour. He pulled me into a hug again "I don't know what I would have done if he took you away from me."

I chuckled "yah Jay stop being soo cringy it's not like we're dating" he pulled back and looked at me with a brow raised. I realised what I said "oh my god I'm soo sorry Jay it just slipped out" he smiled and held my hand. "You know what would make me the happiest man in the world?" I shook my head "having you as my girlfriend. I love you Y/N."

I stood there Heeshook and started blushing "I love you too Jay and I would love to be your girlfriend" he smiled and pulled me into a hug. "You don't understand how happy those words make me" I giggled. He pulled away and kissed my forehead.

"I love you Y/N and only you"
