We were in the middle of a kiss when we got pulled away by non other than my parents "Park Y/N why are you touching this filthy scumbag, had it not been for him you'd never have gotten into that accident with his careless driving" I rolled my eyes as I held Heeseungs hand.
"Don't chat shit appa" he looked taken aback as I've never cursed at my parents, I've always respected them but they've take it too far now. "Heeseung is the man I love and we would already had been married had you not tried to kill us" I emphasised on the word kill.
My father shook his head "Y/N your still ill you don't know what your talking about, now as your legal guardian I forbid you from seeing this boy again" I chucked sarcastically "legal guardian my ass I'm 21 appa you have no control over my life anymore, I'm getting married to Heeseung so if you won't support us then your gonna miss your only child's wedding."
My fathers face turned red as reality hit, my mother sighed and smiled? "Yes we were wrong Y/N and I hope you forgive me for not being a proper mother and respecting you and Heeseungs relationship, I can see he loves you a lot" she walked over to me and hugged me as I accepted it and smiled at her change of heart.
She then turned to Heeseung "I also owe you an apology of not taking my role properly as your mother-in-law" Heeseung bowed "I understand your concerns auntie but I'll take care of Y/N" my mother pulled him into a hug and when they pulled away she stroked his cheek "call me eomma" Heeseung bowed and nodded as his smike grew bigger.
"I do not wish to miss out on my daughter future and hopefully I can walk you down the isle?" I smiled and nodded "I would love that eomma" she started to tear up as she hugged me again "I'm soo proud of you Y/N, you've grown soo much" I smiled as we heard my father clear his throat and we all turned to him.
He smiled "I guess your right, I have been selfish haven't I? I don't want to miss out on your life Y/N so I'm not gonna let my stubbornness allow me to loose my dear daughter" he stroked my hair "you've grown to be a fantastic young lady haven't you?" I giggled as he pulled me into a hug and kissed my head.
He turned to Heeseung and took off his...watch? "I've been very unjust to you Lee Heeseung, as an apology and inviting you to the family I would like to give you this watch. It's been in our family for years and now it's time for me to pass it on" Heeseung bowed and accepted the watch as my father put it on him and pat his head "treat her well" I started to tear up at how much my parents truly love me.
Heeseung turned to me and pulled out a ring "let's try this again hm?" I nodded as I giggled and he got down in one knee. "Will you Park Y/N take me as your partner and allow me to love you as much as I do" I smiled and pulled him up "of course I do" I pulled him into a kiss as he placed the gorgeous ring on my finger once again.
We turned and looked to see my parents VIDEOING us 🤦♀️ "eomma~" she giggled as she showed the video to my smiling father "wae? Can't I appreciate these small moments so I can watch them when I'm old" I rolled my eyes playfully as Heeseung turned to me.
