(Little side note, a little bit of writer's block and lack of inspiration so I don't know when the next chapter will be out, sorry. Also, I am thinking about making a one-shot book, would anyone like to read that? Or would it be better to keep the 30 unfinished started stories in my library?)
I arrive at the gates to Liones but to be honest, I'm scared, no I'm terrified. But here goes nothing, I guess. I walk through the gates and pull my hood over my head as I walk down the streets. It's familiar but also it seems like I've never been here, no, that's not what the problem is. Everything seems so...empty, dead. Where are all the children running around and causing chaos for the shops? The few people I can see look so defeated, Merlin was right, something is wrong here, very wrong.
As I walk, I can sense someone watching me, it's unsettling. I walk past three knights having lunch together I can feel them staring at me, I don't want to 1be here anymore, maybe this was a bad idea...
"Hey." One of the knights got up and is standing behind me, I turn around and look up at him. He's blond with purple eyes. I take the moment to look at the other two. "What are you doing-"
"Oh, it's you? I didn't know you were a Liones knight." I turn away from the blond knight towards a familiar pink haired one. He seems shocked ones he realizes it's me, he stands up.
"Didn't I warn you about that scythe." He speaks.
"It's for safety, I told you that."
"I know you." The last knight mumbles looking at me.
"Huh?" I look at him, the three of them together, now that I look at it, they are familiar, I thought I knew the pink knight when I met him the first time too. Suddenly a gust of wind takes the hood of my head.
"Wait, is she..." The blond looks as if he's seen a ghost. I tilt my head confused and look between them. Three boys...three knights...A dumb blond, a strange pink haired boy, and a fragile boy with black hair... Fragile? No... A bulky man with black hair... My eyes widen and I cock my head towards the blond.
"What's your name?" I quickly ask.
"It's Howzer and yours?" The blond replies... Howzer... I turn towards the bulky knight.
"You?"
"It's Griamore." He responds. Howzer, Griamore... Howey, Gri, and...
"Lil Gil." I turn towards the pink-haired knight and mumble, his smile softens, he nods. I look at Griamore. "That means you two are Howey and Gri, right?" They both nod with bright smiles.
"So, you do remember us, after that situation a few years back I thought you'd forgotten Y/n." Gil says, I get really happy, and I hug him.
"So, I suppose you're not here just to see us, right?" Howey sighs, I nod. Gil pulls back from me, when I look up at him, he's looking behind me and his smile is gone. He looks back down at me.
"You're here to see Hendrickson, aren't you?" Gil asks, glancing between me and something behind me.
"Yeah, of course I am, it's been 12 years and he is my fa-" I'm cut off as my arm is grabbed and pulled around into someone's chest, this scent... It's familiar and... dark... I lift my head up and the man I see, makes me tear up. I hugged him back and buried my head in his chest.
"I never thought I'd see you again and look at how big you've gotten." He mumbles holding me close in his chest. Yes, I know this man but, something's different, maybe it's because I haven't seen him in so long and I wasn't in the best state when that was.
"What is going on Master Hendrickson?" An unfamiliar voice says from behind the man. He stops hugging me and turns around, I see a bulky old man with an eye patch, golden armor, and green hair. Something about him reminds me of both King and my father.
