I sit in my car in front of her apartment she comes running out to the car "hiiiii" She gets in and hears the song I have one which is lovers rock "you have good music taste" I shrug "Yeah I like to think so" and after that, we drive for about an hour until we stop at on this pretty side street that was empty we left the radio on and just sat there talking about random things.

After a while of us sitting there on that street Gracie's song feels like comes on the radio I gasp "What" I try to play it off "Nothing" I can't help but start to sing along I thought she wouldn't see me I wa wrong "You know this song?" well how do I play this off now "Yeah it's great" I stayed silent Gracie gives me a weird look "Do you know who sings it?" I could feel myself start to sweat "Ummm is it um" she starts laughing "Okay fine I'm not even gonna lie I know you sing this" I put my head down she yells and grabs my shoulders "No way! I sing this that's crazy I didn't know" She's being sarcastic so I roll my eyes "Okay okay" she stops yelling "have you known the whole time?" I didn't want her to view me as a crazy fan girl I wanted to actually have a shot with her "maybe" I smile "oh my god" she starts laughing again "why didn't you tell me" she's laughing the whole time she speaks "I don't know it's embarrassing" "no it's not" "Gracie I know all of your songs and all of the lyrics I couldn't let you know I was such a fan" "you know all the lyrics Ivy aww you're so cute" She rests her hands on top of mine I cover my very red cheeks "Let me see that pretty face" I stay with my face covered "No this is too embarrassing" she scoffs, "I think it's cute that you are a fan" "do you now miss abrams" "yes i most certainly do and you know i used my separate account so you didn't see who I was" "'GracieA' really subtle it didn't matter because i already knew" "yeah no shit" We stay on that street for another hour she falls asleep on my shoulder I manage to drive all the way to her apartment without waking her up look at her taking in how she looks when she sleeps how peaceful her face is how her cheeks are tinted a light pink "Gracie wake up" I shake her softly she opens her eyes and smiles at me "You fell asleep but we're at your apartment" I get out and walk her up to the door like the lady I am, she gives me a lazy hug which I embrace "thanks for always making my days and nights better" she was still so tired I could hear it in her voice "no problem now go get some more sleep" she finally let's go "oh I will sleep in so late" I let out a quiet laugh "I would but I have work" she stops and looks at me shocked "Then why did you stay out so late" let me try to flirt a bit you know make sure she knows I like her "Because it was with you and I like hanging with you" that's good flirting right oh for fucks sake I have no idea I probably just seem stupid "Yeah I do too but you need sleep" "I'll be fine Gracie goodnight" "Goodnight Ivy also I won't forget about you being a fan" She grins one last time before closing her door I look like a love-struck fool driving home I was smiling and laughing because I kept remembering all the times we'd talked.
