Paige's POV
-2 Weeks Later-
The 9 hour flight was insane, we made only one stop but it was madness.
Why did people like traveling from one side of the world to the other? It was ridiculously long, boring and uncomfortable!
Maybe because they go in first class, I thought.
As soon as I got off the plane I stretched my legs and arms, it felt like every bone in my body cracked in protest. I was stiff as a corpse and it was awful.
I don't mean to be whiny, I swear but I had never experienced anything like this. The bad stuff left my mind as soon as I realized that I was in holy-mother-of-freaking-London!
I couldn't believe it....me, Paige Nicole Adams, in London? Of all places?
I felt like the luckiest girl in the universe and I'm not exaggerating.
I quickly made my way through the airport trying to find bag claim, which ended up being on the other wing of the place.
As soon as I was there I kept my eye on every suitcase, trying to identify mine.
What seemed to be like 10 minutes later I spotted one of my suitcases, the black one.
When I was about to grab it to place it next to me as I waited for the other two, a male hand took it first.
"Hey, that's mine!" I protested, not bothering on trying to be polite when this idiot wanted to steal my stuff.
The stranger turned around and looked down at me, his deep ocean blue eyes staring through me. He had brown hair that fell straight in his eyes and he had to sweep it to the side. I was just standing there speechless and un-moving. He was beautiful... wait what?
"Pardon" his British accent filled my eardrum since he had leaned closer to whisper in my ear. It was the only way I was going to hear him, with all the chaos going on around us.
I slapped myself inwardly and answered.
"I said: I think that's my bag" I said quietly.
His brow furrowed in confusion and he looked down at the suitcase.
"I bought this when I was in America" he stated.
"So did I" I replied, getting annoyed all over again, why couldn't he give me my damn bag?
"I'm sorry love, but I think you're confused, maybe yours is not here yet" he answered apologetically.
"That's mine" I said, now getting angry.
"Babe, you need to chill" he started but I cut him off.
"Don't call me babe, I'm american" I spat out.
"Clearly" he said with annoyance in his tone.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked but before he could answer someone interrupted us.
"Louis, could you hurry up? Paul is waiting for us" this time it was an Irish accent. As I stood there awkwardly the stranger noticed my presence and looked at me.
"Hi" he said with a smile.
He had braces, but it didn't change the fact that he had a nice smile, and he had blue eyes but they were a lighter and brighter blue then the one called Louis. His hair was blonde and it had strands sticking in different directions, he probably had messed it up with his hand.
"Hi" I said in a whisper, were all guys here this good looking? That is terrible... why am I thinking about this, I have a boyfriend... I have to call Derek and let him know I got here okay.
"I'm Niall" he said, disrupting my train of thought.
I hesitated for a moment before sticking my hand out to the handsome stranger. "I'm Paige" I said, and forced myself to smile, not that it was hard.
"And I'm Louis" the other one said, I gave him an annoyed look and he shrugged.
"I'm sorry if you don't like me love, but this is my bag, look I placed this sticker on the side" he turned that side to my direction and pointed at the smiley face sticker on the corner. Shit, he was right.
"I didn't see that" I said, now embarrassed.
"Oh it's alright. Just a common mistake. So are we cool?" he asked, extending his hand out to me.
I nodded and shook his hand, "We're cool".
"Guys, what is taking you so long?" another heavy British accented voice asked from behind me.
"Just a little misunderstanding with the lady here, but it's all cleared up" Louis explained.
"Well hello lady" the new voice said, standing next to the other two.
This one had dark hair in a Bruno Mars style. Dark tanned skin and a bright white smile, which was directed at me at the moment.
"Hello" I replied and his smiled widened.
"I'm Zayn" he said.
"I'm Paige" I responded.
"Nice to meet you American Paige" he said with a chuckle, probably because he had just noticed my accent.
Instead of shaking hands he came closer and placed a kiss on both cheeks and I felt them burn in embarrassment.
"Sorry, that's how we greet people here" he apologized, but you could clearly see that he wasn't sorry; on the contrary he seemed to enjoy my reaction. Jerk.
"Well beautiful, we have to go. It was nice meeting you... and I'm sorry about the confusion" Louis said, I waved away his apology and shrugged.
"I should've made sure it was mine before practically attacking you" I told him and he smiled widely at me.
"I think you learned your lesson for next time" he said with a wink and I smiled up at him.
"Uh, nice meeting you" Niall said, with a goofy grin on his face and I couldn't help myself from grinning back.
"You too" I said softly, I had lost myself in his eyes for a moment but I shook my head to clear it.
"Alright, enough chit chat boys. Harry and Liam are waiting for us" Zayn announced and that was it.
Before I could realize what was about to happen they all surrounded me in an embrace. I'm not going to lie and say it didn't feel good but I don't even know these people.
"You normally hug strangers?" I asked them, which made them all look at each other and laugh.
"More than you could ever imagine" Niall said with a smile.
"Interesting" was all I said before the next big thing happened.
They all took turns on kissing both of my cheeks and waving me goodbye as they walked away, while I stood there, wondering what the hell had just happened?
If this is how my first hour in London went, I couldn't wait to see what happens in this next month!
