As both classes stood waiting for instruction from their teachers, Tenko yawned and glanced around. He adjusted the new addition to his costume, glasses which would allow him to detect the position of an enemy using sonar, and he hadn't yet had the chance to test them out.

"Is your class ready to get beat by us?" Monoma asked confidently as he walked up to Tenko, who smiled.

"In your dreams, blond boy," Touya spoke as he moved over, slinging an arm around Tenko's shoulders.

"Alright!" Aizawa's voice projected from in front of everyone. "Today someone will be joining us for this training."

Hitoshi popped out of nowhere and moved over to him.

"This is Shinso's introduction to the hero course," he said. "We'll get into the details in a moment. For now, Shinso, would you like to say a few words?"

Hitoshi looked at him and nodded, messing around with the dial on his mask. "I'm not here to make friends," he announced. "Just because I fought you once doesn't mean we're pals. I might be miles behind you all, but I'll try my hardest to prove myself."

"Well said," Aizawa replied, and Hitshi nodded at him.

"Your training today will pit class B and class A against each other, as you know," Vlad King began. "We'll be drawing to see which team will be fighting which. Each of you will get a number to see which team you're on, and each team will have four members on it."

Tenko glanced around as Vlad continued to explain the rules of the matches. As class A and B drew their lots, the two ex-villains moved over to Hitoshi.

"Now that the rest of the classes have their teams, you three will need to choose one as well," Aizawa explained. "Hitoshi, you'll be picking two teams to participate on, first."

Hitoshi nodded and reached into both containers, pulling out his numbers. After that, the teachers dumped all of the options in one container, and Tenko drew his number. He looked over at Katsuki as he held up his number. He'd be fighting with him, Jiro, Sato, and Sero. Touya finally took his turn, holding up his number with a smirk. His team, Tetstutetsu, Kaibara, Honenuki, and Pony, would be fighting Shoto's team, and he was truthfully thrilled.

The three of them were excited to participate.

The first two matches flew by. It was already time for match number three, but no one had expected the amount of tension it would bring.

Touya made his way over to the arena with his team, confidently shoving his hands in his pockets.

"So what's our plan?" Kaibara questioned. "I think we should each take on an indivi-"

"Who's got time for that??" Tetstutetsu questioned, wandering over to the pipes and knocking on them. The buzzer sounded, and the round started. "I think we oughta just make some noise!"

"I don-" Touya tried, covering his ears as Tetsutetsu suddenly began a large scale assault on the pipes.

"Well, I guess we can work with this too," Honenuki said thoughtfully.

"If they come over here, they'll be farther from their goal," Touya noted.

"You guys are too optimistic!" Kaibara groaned.

"I'm gonna go find a hidden area to launch an attack from," the taller announced, turning and quickly hurrying away. He managed to find himself a good spot to watch the action from, waiting until the perfect moment to intervene. He kept the closest eye on his brother, watching as Shoto began to fight head on with Tetsutetsu. He observed as Shoto's fire grew, and Tetsutetsu was forced to back off.
