"Before we start this conference I'd like to say a few words," Mera's voice projected through the small crowd, no longer exhausted. "I've been reviewing the concerns of the public, and I'd like to call for a few changes."
He paused, smiling.
"First, I'd like to address the concerns of heroes getting fame when they should be fighting for other reasons. Because of this, I believe the hero billboard charts should no longer be present in our society."
A few murmurs went throughout the crowd.
"Let me explain before you tell me I'm wrong," he spoke. "Each and every one of our heroes are equally valuable to society. Those who are far at the bottom of the charts may be discouraged even if they're in this job for the right intentions, while those at the top get the chance to be recognized far more than the others. Therefore, I believe it's unfair to have such an event when we need to recognize all of our heroes equally. However, the statistics of each of the agencies will be readily available for those who need them. Agencies are not just one hero's work, but all of them, so I believe it's only fair."
"Now, my second announcement..." He looked down at his papers, clearing his throat before looking back up.
"There's been an overwhelming majority of citizens who responded to a poll we called for a few weeks ago after seeing the success of our two newest heroes, Hokori and Dabi," he started, smiling. "As such, the Heroes Public Safety Commission will be implementing a new Second Chance program for criminals who want to turn their lives around. The requirements on the program will be strict, and you'll have to prove yourself over a rigorous course of tests spanning months and even years, but we've seen how the lives of many villains are a direct result of their upbringings, and these villains can prove to be excellent heroes and citizens if given the chance, as seen by Jin Bubaigawara."
Mera took in a deep breath.
"That's all I had to say."
A few hands shot into the air.
"Let's get onto the questions now."

"Welcome to Seantub Games!!" Denki exclaimed over the computer. "Where anything can happen and anyone could die of laughter at any moment!"
"I don't plan on dying any time soon," Touya pitched in. "Good luck."
"Man, I guess I'm the only one getting a gravestone then," Denki replied. "We're doing the presentation mode, so maybe it won't be that bad!"
"W-wait, we have to give presentations???" Tenko questioned, sudden anxiety in his stomach.
"They're not like speeches, and they're all hilarious," Izuku answered. "It's kind of scary at first, but once you get through one presentation it's not all that bad!"
"Oh, Mineta wanted to know how all of your guys' fights went!" Denki exclaimed. "Ours actually went pretty damn well!"
"Oh yeah?" Touya questioned. "You got your guy!"
"You should've seen it! It was so cool! Monoma and I killed it as lightning rods, and then he and Tsubaraba caught him in an air prison!!"
"What??" Mineta shouted in the background. "No way! We didn't even get to fight who we were thupposthed to! We had to fight a bunch of thmaller villainsth insthtead!"
"Oh, sorry, you were supposed to fight Komodo, right?" Shoto questioned as he joined the call.
"No way! You fought her???"
