"Lumos anything?" He sighed heavily through our link.
'No nothing Jaz we can't seem to track her sent, something is masking it." I've been flying for hours searching for my mate. "Jazmine return home now!"
"But dad she's still out there I can't right now."
"Now Jazmine you have a duty to this realm."
"I don't care dad! My mate was taking by a serial rapist! I'm not ruler of Hell yet dad that's your job." there was silence, before my mom started to talk to me. "Jazmine I understand that you're upset that you can't find your mate, but you need to rest."
"Mom she could die within the time that I'm resting."
"Well I see that you aren't going to let it go, so Lumos protect my child or I will kill you."
"Yes auntie." I kept flying for hours when I finally came across her scent, but it was masked. "Angel? Why would an angel be down here?"
"I don't know cousin they only come down here when there is an important meeting between the realms." We both dive down through the sky slightly pulling back before coming into contact with the ground. I smelled my mate, but her scent was somewhat intertwined with the angels scent. I walked into an abandoned clinic following Jana's scent until a demon jumped out at me. I stumbled back just missing his claws disemboweling me. I growled lowly and waited for him to charge me which he did. I flipped over him clawing his lungs in midair. He dropped to his knees as I beheaded him, "Well someone is tense."
"Shut up Lumos." I went throughout the clinic more careful this time. We took down at least 10 demons. "Where does Bundy find these demons?" I heard a shrill scream making me shift into my full demon form I charged into the room, but was very surprised at what I seen. "Jana?" I walked in to see my mate unharmed, but Bundy In a strange chair connected to what looked like a car battery and a switch. It was an electric chair and Jana's hand was on the switch. "Jana? Move away from the switch remember he can't die."
"I don't care he deserves it he almost raped me and he killed my cousin." I had to hold back a growl I knew if she flipped that switch this would always be on her mind. Lumos tried a sneak attack to get her away from the switch, but with a flick of the wrist she had him pinned against the opposite wall. How the hell did she do that? I walked closer to her, but she pushed me back slightly. "Stay away from me Jazmine I need to do this!" I ran towards her with all my speed tackling her to the ground, "Oh my god Jazmine I'm so sorry I didn't mean too." I looked down to see my blood on her hand which was against the left side. She literally blew a hole in me. "You blew a hole in me Bae." I joked as I was losing consciousness, "No Jazmine Stay up please I'm sorry." But I couldn't I slowly drifted off into darkness.

I woke up in a bed that wasn't mine causing me to cautiously get out the bed I was extremely alert. I heard footsteps coming towards the door I crouched down in a dark corner being as silent as possible. A woman walked into the room she had straight black hair down to the middle of her back, skin the color of Caramel with curves in the right place. "I know you're in here." I growled and launched myself at her, she flipped me over her I landed on my feet. "Where am I?
"Well isn't it obvious you're dead." I looked at her blankly I knew she wouldn't hurt me so I relaxed. "Dead?" She laughed humorlessly, "No you're not dead, but you have be reawakened."
"What do you mean?"
"Lucifer isn't your real father Jazmine."
"What? Then who is?"
"Your mother mated before becoming the queen of Hell with one of the strongest Angels in heaven Michael."
"Wait so I'm an angel why have I never been told?"
"We never planned to awaken your angel traits it can only be awaken by another angel."
"I don't know any other angels!"
"But you do Jazmine."
"Jana?" She nodded, "Where is she?"
"Waiting by your side."
"How do I get up?"
"Easy tell me your darkest secret." I looked at her in horror my darkest secret isn't something I flaunt. I looked at her with defeat, "That's not something I'm willing to tell especially to a stranger."
"Well then you're not getting out here anytime soon.

Jana's POV
Every day I dreaded going anywhere near Jaz parents, Even though they had open arms every time I came around. There's was something different about me but I can remembered being in hell, and everything but I don’t remember Jaz being anywhere near me when I was captured by Ted Bundy. There were stories that Ted stabbed her, and I shot her but I don’t remember and I don't know why I'd ever harm Jaz. "Honey you should take a nap. You haven't slept in days Jazzy isn't going anywhere."
"I want to be here when she wakes up. It's bad enough I don't remember what happened to her."
"Ok honey calm down, call me if you need me."
"Ok." Jaz's mom walked out the room while I gripped Jaz's hand harder. "Please come back to me." I laid beside her and fell asleep snuggled into her side.
