a soap bubble of nothingness
an iridescent grandeur,
but with nothing inside.
she floats one
maybe two stories high
then she molds into
the open-ness outside.
a failure to recognise
who she could be
and why
and why she could not
be anymore than what she had been?
disillusioned and lifted high
she ought to have realized
she was merely a soap bubble two storeys high
