Chapter 6- MY angel

Barnaby's POV:
OMG LAST NIGHT I GAVE D'ARCY FLOWERS, AND SHE LIKED EM!! I might have ran away from her afterwards like a little coward, but at least she likes them! This morning, i woke up to my alarm setting off louder than ever! But i set it that way because today im gonna confess to D'arcy! Im so excited! I know its only been 2 week since she's moved here but i can't wait anymore! I got up, brushed my fur, brushed my teeth,dressed up and got ready to knock on her door! As i was walking towards her house, i saw Wally talking to her outside her house. What are they talking about?
"Yeah so i was thinking if you wanted to have a few drinks at your karaoke bar with me tonight?" Wally talked in his emotionless monotone voice
"Sure! Lemme ask Barnaby if he wants to-"
"No no no, just us" he interrupted
How dare he interrupt her! I've gotta stop this conversation.
"Excuse me wally, Hi D'arcy!" I squeezed through the tiny gap they had between each other.
"Oh hi Barnaby! Whats up?" She said as she looked back at Wally who had empty,angry eyes hooked on me.
"I was wondering if i could spend the whole day with you again!" I spoke as i forced an overly happy expression.
"I would love to but Wally wanted to-" i cut her off
"Please! I have something important to tell you!" I excused
"I- okay!" She yelped as i pushed her into her own house, locking the door behind.
I was pushing her more when she slapped my hand away.
"Okay Barnaby, whats going on?!" She yelled
"I don't like Wally being around you!" I yelled back, "im coming out! I get jealous since he's nearly always around you whenever i'm not!! Im sick of it!" I explained
"Y-you get jealous?" She asked
"Yes very! I love you so much D'arcy i just-" i stopped in my own tracks,i just confessed, oh my god
"I-i i didn't mean love i-" she stopped me
"I love you too Barnaby"
"W-what? But i-"

She kissed me

I stood there like a deer in headlights, she l-loves me back?! YES?! YEA! I gladly kissed back as i started to pick her up, one hand on her waist and one on the back of her head. I never wanted this to end. I carried her to what seemed like her room and threw her down on the bed. I quickly leaned back in to continue the kiss but deeper,i wanted to go further but no, she didn't want to, did she?

I soon stopped the kiss,needing breathe. We were both panting after the mini make out session.
"Oh Barnaby, i thought u didn't like me back" she managed to say between heavy breathes.
"Of course i do, i've loved you ever since i first laid eyes on you, i love you so much D'arc" i stated as i had that same half lidded eyed smile smacked on my face, my eyes were truly filled with lust at this point.
"Oh, um, you have something, uhh there" she said as she pointed down. I looked as i had a tent in my pants.
"OH UMM WELL UHH" i tried to say,clearly embarrassed at my body's functions. WHY NOW?!
"Its ok Barnaby" she stated as she kissed my cheek "i feel the same way, now go before someone see's" she finishes as she pushes me out of the bedroom, laughing to herself.
I sprinted down the stairs nearly tripping, looking back up the stairs,imagining us together all old and grey still in love.
I walked out the door to sally looking at me with wide eyes.
"What?" I asked
"I SAW!!" She replied
"WHAT?!" I shouted
"The window was open" she whispered
I watched her giggle as she ran back into her house. I chuckled to myself as i made my way to the house.
"Ahem" i heard behind me
"Oh hi Wally"
"Don't 'hi Wally' me Barnaby,your taking her away from me" Wally spat
"Hey, she's the one who's dating me so YOU'RE the one who needs to back away from her, she's MINE ya got that?" I left him with a surprised,smug look on his face as i walked past him and opened my door. When inside,i ran straight to my bedroom peaking outside my window,looking for D'arcy. She was shutting her curtains,stopped,looked at me, winked with a wave and continued to close the curtains. Oh wow. That night, all i dreamed about was her gorgeous face,voice and personality.
