Raven's POV
Today is Friday and today marks the first day of spring break. Jess and kora spent the night with me last night. "Hey guys I have an idea how about we have a triple date tonight" said kora. "cool " said Jess. "I think it's a good idea" I said. "I'll send a group text" said kora. She brought out her pink iPhone and taped the screen. then Jess phone and my phone dinged. I looked at the message it said. "triple date tonight first we're going to a fancy restaurant then we're going to the carnival" then I texted "sounds good"
Then a bunch of texts started coming in.
Garfield - cool what should we wear.
Kora- something nice but not to fancy
Garfield- cool I'm in
Dick- me too
Victor- same here
Wally- yep
Kora- great.
"We've got to pick up Billie she's victors girlfriend don't worry you'll like her" kora said to me. "ok I trust you" i said. we got into Jess' car. we drove to billie's house. she hopped into the car. we went to the mall. we walked in. we went to a shop that was called "fancy but not to"
"This store sells the cutest dresses ever" said kora. we all found dresses that looked similar but different colors. kora's was pink and green. Jess' dress was light pink and light purple. billie's dress was black and yellow. my dress was midnight blue, purple, and black it sparkled like the night sky. "omg Rachel that dress is beautiful" kora said.
We went back to my house. Billie came with us. I realized that they all had colored hair.
Kora had hot pink hair. Jess had light pink. Billie had a yellow streak in her black hair.
Then I said to Jess "Jess you remember went we first met you said that you thought I needed some purple hair" "yeah why" she said. I smiled at her. she knew exactly what I meant. She ran to her car with her purse. she drove off. went she came back she had a box of purple hair dye and a pair of scissors and a comb. kora and Jess took me to the bathroom. they wet my hair and put the treatment in. they washed my hair and wrapped my hair in a towel. then they set a timer. then in 4 minutes the timer went off.
They pulled the towel off my head. the dried my hair. then they combed it and cut it.
"It ready" said Jess. I looked in the mirror. my hair was short and purple but it looked so good. "I love it" I said. we ran into my room. we pulled on our dresses. we all wore converses. I wore my red high tops. kora wore a pair of white ones. Jess wore a pink pair. Billie wore a pair of yellow one. I fixed my makeup. Then we walked out. "Rachel new hairstyle" my mom said looking at me like I was crazy. "don't worry it's not permanent, its just for tonight" I said. "what's tonight " my mom asked. "girls night out" Jess said. "oh okay then we'll have fun and Rachel your car is outside" mom said. "ok" I said. we ran outside. I had a mustang that was purple it was so pretty. we walked back in. Dick was there talking to mom. "where are you going" mom asked him. "I'm going with Rachel and her friends as supervision" he said. "ok then" mom said. "by the way mom some of our friends will be arriving soon so" I said. "well have a good time no doing drugs no alcohol and no sex" she said. we walked out. then Garfield pulled up. then victor. then wally. I got into the car with Garfield. "hey beautiful I like your hair" he said. "you don't like to" I said. "I like it it's different and I like different just like you" he said. we pulled out last. he grabbed my hand. he was so handsome, funny, and was nice.
