Author's Note
Wow. It's finally finished. Two and half months of dedication, support, and work. I am forever amazed at how the words I put on the page every day manage to come together to create something as full of life as this.
This project has been an emotional rollercoaster. At some points I've been at the edge of my seat, ready to write an engaging battle scene. At other times, I've been laughing alongside my characters (Legendary Snow Monsters, anyone?) While at others, particularly near the end, I've been on the brink of tears.
I hope I've given you a world full of vibrant characters, and a plot that will make you think. I hope this has been inspiring or has brought you some happiness in the very least. Each one of the characters in the main cast is so unique, and so full of life.
Now, I think it's time to offer up some thanks. Firstly, to you, the viewer. As I'm writing this on my google doc, there are two people reading my story! There are so many people out there, who have read my story, given me support, or advice, that I hardly know where to begin. So here are some major people who helped me with this project:
Amberpaw: Ambi! Thanks so much for your submission of Addermoon and Flamespirit to the story. When I started out, I never realised how much life and energy they would bring to this project. I can truly say that Gaining Height wouldn't be the same without this duo.
Shadeleap: My long fanfic buddy, you've supported this project from day one, you have my immense thanks.
Hazelshade: Your comments, whether on BlogClan or Wattpad always made me smile. Thank you for sticking with this story to the very end.

Closing Remarks:
This certainly isn't the end of Gaining Height, nor the universe. Firstly, I have to edit and refine the story, and that means adding new content in certain places! I have plenty of story and plot ideas for a possible prequel or sequel set in a different time period that I might write if people want it! I'll forever miss Hawkblaze and all the awesome cats of Gaining Height, though.
