chad and sereyah never meant to sleep with eachother. she only wanted to help him figure out his feelings about liv. but things got physical and they bleed into emotions they both of them couldn't admit. she doesn't mind she's never been firsts her whole life this isn't new.

she sat on the bed just looking down playing with her hands while everybody left, she heard footsteps up the stairs and knew it was chad. she felt him enter the room and lightly sit next her.

"can i have really bad timing for a second?" chad said suddenly and sereyah looked next to her with lightly furrowed brows and nodded, "i've been doing a lot of thinking and when you were attacked all i could think about is how i wasn't there to protect you, about how if something happened i wouldn't..."

chad stopped and looked away finding his will to say.

sereyah asked softly, "wouldn't what?"

"i wouldn't get to tell you how much like you." chad blurted.

when they first started they agreed no feelings, they were best friends who loved eachother, who casually had sex. sereyah couldn't say there never been feelings but she couldn't tell him that, she couldn't take him rejecting her. and here he was now, telling her he liked her. while a killer is trying to erase the group one by one.

sereyah was finding the words to say and after a while chad was getting a bit embarrassed at him just saying that and was met with silence, "please say anything."

"i just...i-chad, you have a girlfriend." chad let out a snort and sereyah chuckled a bit, "i'm serious, that's not right."

chad shook his head, "we both know me and liv are barley dating. it's just not meant to be, i mean all we do is cheat on eachother. i'm just actually good at hiding it."

sereyah rolled her eyes playfully, "that's not funny."

chad shrugged, "it's a little funny."

it hit a comfortable silence just two people and sereyah realized she didn't answer and quickly said, "i like you too."

chad's neck turned to her so fast and if he wasn't so desperate for an answer he wouldn't have heard what she said.

chad instantly turned his ear dramatically, "i'm sorry, what was that?"

sereyah playfully glared at him, "i said i like you too, dickhead."

beofre he could react to the insult she pulled him into a kiss immediately shutting up. the let all the kissing do the talking as chad pulled her closer.

who knew a lot of bad news was going to come as soon as sereyah had a emotional break-through moment. dewey, somebody who this town known as a survivor to the prior murder sprees ended up being attacked and died in the hands of the thing he survived for years. and wes, a person who her friend group known forever also died in the hands of the same thing. this is fucked up, they're only teens who have to deal with being hunted only because of two people had an affair long before any of them were born.

now sereyah was at a party that chad convinced her to go to. liv had stopped by at the house earlier and he broke up with for both their sakes. he didn't tell her why, or that he knew about her hookups with the now dead vince, trying to not embarrass her and sereyah sorta had to tell him that probably embarrassed her more. he just sis she'll talk to her at party.

rey was cut off by her thoughts by her...boyfriend? whatever the hell, make an announcement at the party, "hey! to wes." there was shouts relating him and before he took a shot said to himself, "beautiful son of a bitch."
