Sunoo Pov•••

The six of us stayed with Ms. Park till it was dark.

She told us that she was scared, because now that she knows it was her ex husband that kidnapped her son, she's afraid he will come and take her too.

All of our parents knew what was happening, so they where we all were.

It was all calm. We were eating dinner, about to all watch a movie together, when Ms. Park got another call.

She looks at the caller ID, and her expression suddenly changes.

"It's the police again." She says.

She gets up quickly to and goes to the hallway to answer it.

We all look at each other concerned. What could they be calling about this time..

After a few minutes, Ms. Park rushes back in looking stressed.

"What did they say?" Jay asks.

"They just sent out units to Sungmins house." She says.

"Just now?" I ask, stopping what I was doing.

"Yes. He told us to stay here and not go anywhere. They're going to call us once they have anything."

"Okay." I say.

I could already feel the anxiety rising again. The same worries and what ifs were starting to appear.

I guess Jungwon could tell, because he put his hand on mine under the table, grabbing it and squeezing it as reassurance.

We all quickly finish eating, then put our dishes in the sink.

The seven of us wait at the table together, desperate for another update.

About an hour passed, and no call yet.

My anxiety was getting worse.

Was he not at his house? Did they find him? Is he okay?

"Hyung." Niki says.

He snapped me out of my thoughts, making me turn my head towards him.

"It's gonna be okay." He says.

I give him a small smile, and nod.

But what if it's not?..

Suddenly, Ms. Parks phone starts to ring.

She quickly picks it up.

"Hello? Yes, officer." She says quickly.

We can kind of hear the officer on the line, and they sound panicked.

"You did?! Oh! Okay! We'll be right there!" She says, then hangs up.

"Sunoo, we have to go." She says, quickly getting up.

"What? Why?!" I ask, getting up with her.

Everyone what up too, looking very confused.

"They found him. They told us to come immediately." She says panicked, grabbing her phone and keys.

"Can I go with you?" Jay asks.

"Yes, come on." Ms. Park says. "You boys stay here. Sunoo will call you."

I nod, and so does everyone else.

My heart was racing.

They found him?? Is he okay?!

I didnt really even have time to process it as we were rushing outside and into Ms. Parks car, speeding off.

"Where are we going?" I ask, quickly buckling.

"The hospital."
