Max was back in the valley shortly by the afternoon, and nobody was none the wiser to what he had done. One big change was that Miguel was having troubles with his new girlfriend. Apparently, he saw her with an unknown guy at her house, leading Miguel to speculate the worse.
Currently Max, Miguel, Dmitri, Aisha, Eli, or as he now called himself "Hawk", and a new Cobra Kai trainee called Bert. Miguel, Dmitri, and Aisha sat on a bench chatting while Hawk and Bert practiced their moves and Max observed, occasionally giving pointers.
Max: Come on Bert, you may be smaller but use it to your advantage. When he goes to attack, duck and move into his blind spot before striking!
However, Bert didn't hear, as Hawk delivered a roundhouse kick to his face. With the sparring over, the two joined the others by the bench.
Hawk: So what, he was probably just her brothers.
Miguel: No, brothers don't look at their sisters that way.
Dmitri: Depends on what part of the country you're in.
Miguel: Look I just don't want what happened to Sensei to happen to me.
Hawk: Alright, then go over there and kick his ass so he doesn't have the chance.
Dmitri: Don't listen to Eli.
He turned and glared at Dmitri.
Hawk: It's Hawk.
Dmitri merely shrugged it off.
Dmitri: The fact is Sam, is giving you no reason not to trust her.
Miguel: Yeah, maybe you're right.
Aisha then let out a gasp before quickly becoming angry.
Aisha: That little bitch.
The boys were curious to what Aisha was talking about. She then showed them her phone, on a video of her breaking a board Yasmine had posted a comment about her being fat. Apparently, this was something she did often to the Aisha.
Aisha: I gotta do something.
Hawk became excited.
Hawk: I know, we can kidnap her and have my boy Rico tattoo "Bitch" on her face.
Max put a hand on his shoulder.
Max: Calm down Hawk, we want to humiliate her, not do something that will get us all arrested.
Dmitri: Finally, a voice of reason.
Aisha: Wait, wait, wait, I gotta a much better idea.
She then showed them her phone.
"PARTY BITCHES!!!"
"5pm @ the Canyon"
"VIP ONLY!!!"
Miguel: Yasmine is having a party at the canyon later?
Aisha: Not if we strike first.
They all gained evil looks on their faces, except for Max.
Max: Wait what are we doing? Also Bert hasn't gotten up yet, so maybe we should check on him first.
(scene change)
At the bodega near the dojo the gang was picking out drinks and snacks for the party. They had explained to Max how they were going to throw a party at the canyon before Yasmine could, ruining her birthday. However one of the major things they needed was alcohol, and none of them were able to.
