It was starting to look like the end of Cobra Kai. Johnny brought Miguel home, once his mother saw his condition, she was beyond pissed. There was no way she would allow her son to continue learning karate. With his only student gone, Johnny had no hope of keeping Cobra Kai opened.
Johnny was currently lying on the ground of his apartment, passed out drunk. He was awoken by a loud banging on his door. He just wanted to lie there, but the banging wouldn't go away. So despite his major headache, he got up and opened the door. Standing there was Max.
Johnny: Max, how did you find out where I lived?
Max: I looked at the papers you left on your desk.
Max entered, despite Johnny not saying anything.
Max: God, this place is more depressing than mine.
Johnny: Hold on, what are you doing here?
Max: How's Miguel.
Johnny: He's bruised up, but he'll heal. His mother's pissed, looks like this is the end of Cobra Kai.
Max: If I know a bully, they won't stop harassing him.
Johnny: I know, but that woman won't let him anywhere near me. Hey you're tough, why don't you try and teach him.
Max: The only training methods I know classify as human endangerment.
Johnny: Wait what?
Before Max could respond, Johnny got a call.
Johnny: Hey look I got to take this.
Max: No problem, I'll just go.
Max exited the apartment and found Miguel sitting outside, both were shocked to see each other.
Max: Miguel, what are you doing here?
Miguel: A live right in that apartment over there.
He pointed to the apartment right across from Johnny's.
Max: Aint that a coincidence.
Miguel: So how about you?
Max: I come to see Johnny about you. Luckily you live right here.
Miguel: My mom won't let me do karate anymore.
Max: Johnny told me, what are you going to do now?
Miguel: We saw that I can't take them, maybe you can help.
Max: I'm pretty sure I only made things worse. I went to confront them and I met their leader, a big dude named Adam Dudley.
Miguel: Oh shit I know him, most of the people in school fear him, even the popular kids.
Max: I can understand why, out of all of the people I've met here, he goes off the strongest feeling.
Miguel: So in other words, the toughest guy at school is pissed at you, and he knows we're friends.
Max: Just stay quiet and stay out of trouble. It's the best thing you can do right now.
Max disappeared, leaving a worried Miguel.
(scene change)
Miguel was now sitting in the library with Demitri and Eli, who were talking about the events that happened last night.
Dimitri: What is the best superpower anyone could have?
Miguel: Super strength.
Dimitri: Wrong, invisibility; a distant second would be super speed to run away really fast.
