Just as Vani promised. We were up on the roof training.

He thought it was best to start with using a knife. Kicking a vampire would be nearly impossible for me to land damage. They would easily avoid it.

"Again! come at me."

"Fine, just careful. We are on a roof after all."

Vanitas was holding back from hurting me too much, He didn't want to actually injure me. The guy was quite strong.

I was getting tired that was for sure. I thought I had a lot of energy, but this guy man. He had way more on a good day.

I lunged at Vanitas. He easily swept it away. *Ching!* His knife came down against the one I held.

"Not quite, see I could easily stab you this way. Again!"

*CHING!*

"Ah..you are too open. Watch your side."

Once more I tried my attack. This time it was perfect. However, I was caught off guard when my body was suddenly tossed up by him. Just so I couldn't get points off him. A smirk plastered on his face as he did so. "Not so easy hehe."

Just as I felt myself go over, I realized something was very wrong. There was no ground near me. My eyes widen in horror. "V-Vanitas.!" I squeaked.

I was falling off the roof. "HUH!?" Vani gasped. His head clicked finally realizing that he just made a big mistake.

"OH no ___!!" I was already a couple of inches down from the roof. A horrible sinking feeling hit my stomach. 'Am I going to die, like this, and not by a vampire?'

I felt my arm get grabbed sharply. Making me wince a bit from the sudden halt. "Tch! I got you!" Vanitas said. "Hold on let me pull you up." I only nod my head.

'Few...guess not.' I sighed. That was when Vanitas gasps, and I felt myself drop down an inch lower.

"Ah..!"

Meanwhile, Noe was walking down the street down below. Not too far away for a vampire to run.

As funny and embarrassing as it was. Vanitas and I now hung over the edge. His fingers held onto the ledge while struggling to hold us from falling. His face beat red.

"No! d-don't look down.." Muttered Vani.

"Too late...dummy..." We were very high up.

Noe looked up only for a moment as if he could hear out voices. His violet eyes widen in horror. Seeing his two friends just hanging there over the edge.

"Oh....... WHAT!?" Noe ran as fast as he could.

"I--.tch..I'm slipping.." Vani struggled.

"No..no no..! don't you dare let go of us," I shout to Vani.

"H-hey..! it's not like I want to."

"I will say it again, and I will say it till you do. Don't You dare let go! do you hear me Vanitas?!"

"____! Vanitas!"

The two of our heads turned only for a moment, questioning the voice we just heard. Then it happened. Vanitas' hand slipped.
