Chapter 21

Rukmini told Anjali that she have some work and excused herself. She followed the person who covered his face with a blanket. She kept on following him till he reached a secluded place. Then he suddenly dropped the blanket and went forward. She messaged krishna.

Krishna : we should go !

Advaith : where ?

Krishna : to meet an old friend !

Advaith : old friend ?

Krishna smiled,

Krishna : you will be happy after meeting him. I'm sure about that.

Advaith and krishna went to location sent by Rukmini.

Rukmini slowly walked inside. She saw dust everywhere. It seems to be an old house which isn't under use for long time. Then she saw a person' movement. She slowly walked towards that room. She saw a photo on the wall. She recognised that person as meera ( the one who attacked them at anmisha's house ). Then suddenly someone forwarded towards her with a sedative and she gripped that person's hand at the correct time and twisted it. That person yelped with pain and fell down when she kicked in his gut.

Rukmini : who the hell are you ?

Dev : hey woman ! Who the hell are you ? What do you want ?

Rukmini : oh ! So, you are asking the same question ?

Advaith : Dev ! He is my friend.

( dev is advaith's friend. He is seen in the first book. )

Dev : you idiot ! Is this woman from your side ? She almost killed me ! Aaaah...argh.

Krishna went and helped dev to stand.

Advaith : what are you doing here ?

Dev : i am hearing strange sounds from this house everyday. So, i came for checking.

Advaith : oh ! 

Rukmini : aren't you the one who fought with me at an event ?

Dev : which event ?

Rukmini : your friend's daughter's birthday.

Dev : oh yeah ! Your'e that event management company owner right ?

Rukmini : yes ! 

Dev : sorry for that ! It was a misunderstanding.

Rukmini : it's okay. I forgave you because you are bava's friend.

Krishna : where is your house ?

Dev : that one. The penthouse.

Dev pointed towards the community where he lives.

Advaith : it would have been better if you brought someone else with you ! 

Dev : hello ! You have a wife and you two tag along all the time. I'm single.

Advaith : what ? We won't tag along but will be together most of the time as we work together.

Dev : oh ! So, I'm believing. Okay ! Who are these people ? How do you know them ?

Advaith : he is my brother and she is my sister-in-law.

Dev : when did you get a brother ? 

Advaith : cousin.

Dev : oh ok ! I can see some familiarity in your faces.

Rukmini : what do you do other than over speaking ? ( murmurs )

Dev : what ?

Rukmini  : nothing  ! By the way , what's your profession ? 

Dev : not an interesting life like you people but i am a software developer.

Rukmini : oh ! 

Dev : why don't you guys come and have a coffee ? 

Advaith : ok ! Krishna ? Rukmini ?

Krishna : ok !

Rukmini : ok !

10 hours later ,

Subhadra opened her eyes slowly. She was tied to a chair with long ropes. Her surroundings seem to be that of an old lab. It looked familiar to that of anmisha's. she also saw some of the bottles labelled in the same way as that of anmisha's. she also saw anmisha's biotechnology company logo which is covered with dust. She wondered what place is this ! She saw her photo and also the others photo's from the team that are pinned to the wall.  Then she heard someone' footsteps.

Unknown : it seems that you are finding this place familiar. Aren't you ?

Subhadra : who are you ?

Unknown person removed the mask that is covering his face. Subhadra's eyes widened by looking at him.

Subhadra : you ! Are you alive ? You.. are hanged right ?

Dheeraj : what an innocent girl you are ? Did you think that i will just accept my defeat ? Don't you know who i am krishnanuja ? My mother and uncle just gave little information to you guys but not complete. My uncle killed my 99 brother's but not me. 

Subhadra : you are ? 

Dheeraj started laughing with extreme  cruelty. 

Subhadra : what do you want ? 

Dheeraj : victory ! Victory against pandava's and yadava's !

Subhadra : in your dreams !!

Dheeraj : really ? 

Subhadra : of course ! I Subhadra. The daughter of Yadava clan and daughter in law of kuru vamss. The sister of sri krishna and wife of arjuna is telling you that you can't do that ! Not even in your next births.

Subhadra spoke with an intense voice. Dheeraj gasped.

Dheeraj : what a confidence ? Don't you know that being overconfident is always dangerous ?

Subhadra : this isn't over confidence but confidence. Confidence of a true kshatriya ! 

Dheeraj : don't you think i am true kshatriya ?

Anmisha : Never ! 

Dheeraj : oh ! Even your dear sister in law is back ! How's your husband's plough ?

Dheeraj started laughing .

Anmisha : don't forget that he is your guru . So, I'm your gurumatha. I can make you powerless.

Dheeraj : are you threatening me ?

Anmisha : no ! I'm warning you ! 

Dheeraj : then try saving her from me !

Dheeraj pointed the gun towards subhadra. Anmisha tried to stop him but suddenly she collapsed. She didn't understand what is happening to her. Her nose started bleeding. She heard subhadra screaming her name , but soon darkness covered her eyes.

Dheeraj : this bitch thought she could save you ! But she is useless ! How you want to die ? With this gun or that knife ? Do you know something ? That sword over there belongs to your father ! Your brother Balaram gave this to me as a gift. Do you want to die by getting chopped by it ?

Subhadra didn't budge but looked straight into his eyes without fear. She started laughing. Dheeraj didn't understood anything. 

Subhadra : You may stop anmisha (Revathi) ! But not her !

Dheeraj looked at the person who is standing at the entrance. His eyes widened and he started sweating. He almost loosened the grip around his gun.

Dheeraj : oh no !
