Catherine was really young, around 14 year old when her dad injected her with pure energy. It did not work the way Dad wanted it to. So it made her more powerful, and stopped her aging instead of her powers.
Her powers: Ability to keep other people's powers hostage and use them for as long as she wants. Any other power she can think about: enhanced intelligence, super speed, blood manipulation, bone manipulation, etc.
