The Hotel

Cathy's POV

Weird. That's the only word to describe this family. But, unlike my family, they didn't argue on how more powerful they are that the other or about their ranking number. The reason I'm number 8. was because I was apparently 'scary'. Or 'too powerful to reign'. That's I got ranked lowest. I kept walking with Vanya.

"You know, I'm actually jealous of your family," I suddenly said to Vanya.

"Why?" Vanya ask me, in shock.

"You guys actually treat each other like family, not just some teammates fighting crime, my family, they're alright, they treat each other nice and stuf but, they never had a family-like relationship," I replied.

"Oh, you do not want to be in this messed-up family!" She said through giggles.

I joined her giggling and noticed Five glance at me. Then, Klaus stopped moving causing the whole family to stop. 

"We're here!" Klaus said.

I looked up at Hotel Obsidion, the hotel very well known to me. I've been here since I was young on some Project named Oblivion. Chet was a very close friend as I visited him on a regular basis every single day since she was six.

    - Flashback -

"Dad, what are we doing here?" I asked, holding Dad's hand as we stepped foot out of the limo. 

"We are here to do something very important, okay?" Dad said as he adjusted his monocle.

"Okay,"  I replied.

Dad and I stepped into the hotel with a crowd of men following us. We went up into the elevator up into a room with a white moose symbol on it. It was really pretty. 

"Okay, Number Eight, I need you to do something for me okay?"

"Okay"

"Construct 3 guards of any indestructible material you can think of, it may take all your energy so, you can get tomorrow morning off, okay?"

I nodded as I prepared my stance, I thrusted my hand up creating an person out of bugs.

"Number Eight! I said indestructible material!"

"I know, that's why I chose this. It will live as long as all the bugs in this are dead," 

"Okay, Eight, I give you credit for that idea," Reggie said

I started onto the second person than the last person. But, I wasn't done, I brought my hand in front of me, summoning metal. I shaped one into an axe and gave it to the first one, a sickle to the second and made a samurai sword for the last. I felt light-headed as I completed the last guardians' weapon.

And that was the last thing I remembered before collapsing on the floor.

 - End of Flashback - 

The Hargreeves Siblings squeezed into the entrance giving them no space.

"Oh, Okay, Honestly?" Allison started "We don't need to all squeezed."

"There was two entrances by the way," Five states like he didn't look like stupid squeezing in with his family.

"Oh, Hotel Obsidian I missed you, you slutty old dame." He says looking straight forward in a quiet but happy tone 

"Absorb her" he says 'absorbing' her by moving his hands around "Absorb her into your bosom" I was really weirded out but Five snickered at my reaction "You know, 'cause back in her heyday, she played host to worlds leaders. Roosevelt, Gandhi, Stalin, Gorbachev, Castro, King Olaf of Norway, one of the Kim Jongs, Tito, Dalai Lama, Elvis AND not one but two Kardashians, allegedly"

 He teaches his siblings and me the history of the hotel while people looked at us weirdly. Allison rolled her eyes walking off to where the phones were.

"Klaus, Is this a good place to hide?" Luther asked.

"Of course it is! Also, we're being protected by a Sparrow!" Klaus chirped happily.

"I'm somehow going to do that without my powers" I muttered under my breath glaring at Five.

"I have question," Diego said.

"Yeah, me too."

"This place is weird,"

Klaus went to ring the bell, ignoring his siblings, "Chet! Mon Frère! It's so good to see you! I would like my usual suite! Por Favor! " Klaus says to Chet. Chet looked up and recognized me and cocked a single eyebrow. I lifted my wrist showing him a bracelet and eyed Five. He nodded at me.

"I've never seen you before," Chet states to Klaus, causing me to snicker.

"Told you! Discreet," Klaus mutter under his breath, and started petting the dog. Luther joined Klaus petting the dog. The dog whimpered and backed away.

"Please stop scaring my dog," Chet said.

"We need a room, please." I stated

"Super, how will you pay?"

The family filled with 'ahs' and 'oh's.

Luther finally said, "Everybody empty their pockets,"

Klaus pulls out...Condoms?

Diego pulls out a Dagger

Vanya pulled out sweets

Five pulls out teeth?

That was really creepy you know, for somebody that kidnaps you and pulls out teeth.

The family that looked at me, like they were expecting something.

"You expect me to help, after you kidnapped me and restrained my powers?" I asked in disbelief, walking to a couch "No thank you,"  

Five grabbed my wrist and pulled me, "You're sleeping within my sight, okay?" 

"Fine, which room number?" I sighed

"I have no idea,"

I sat down onto a couch when Allison joins me un expectantly. We just sat there in awkward silence until I said,

"Are you Okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine," Allison replied, sarcastically "Are you?"

"Nope, I really need to break some sweat today,"

"Wanna practice?"

"Sure,"

We went to a gym not too far away rom the hotel, we were practicing our fighting skills and running a track. After around 40 minutes, we decided to rest. 

"Ooh! That felt so good!" I exclaimed as we walked back to the hotel.

"Yup, it does," she said back, "I think you're sleeping with the boys,"

"Yeah, Five doesn't want me out his sight,"

Allison smirked at the words, "Well, I guess we part ways for now,"

I entered the Boy's room with my training clothes that were under my uniform,  I searched or any type of clothing and found a bathing robe.

"Have fun checking me out?" I said, as Five came out of his bed blushing.

"There's a tailor downstairs, he makes clothes pretty fast," Five told me. 

"I'll go now, bye!" I said slipping off to the right.

"It's on the left, Cat," Five called to the open door.

Five sighed and toons a deep breath in. As Five went to close the door, I poked my head in and said thanks.
