Dani's POV

I was walking in the school hallways when I heard a voice calling me.

"Dani!" Cass said, walking next to me.

"Oh, hey Cass. What's up?" I asked.

"Nothing much. What's wrong with you? You've been down all day."

"Nothing."

"Dani, that's not a nothing."

"Remember yesterday? When I went to meet my fiance?"

"Yeah..."

"Well he sorta k--" I stopped dead on my tracks.

"Sorta what, Dani?" Cass asked, urging me to continue.

I wanted to tell her so badly, but I couldn't because there he was, right in front of us, facing his locker, and what I feared most happened. He closed his locker and faced our direction. When he saw my face, he started walking towards us.

James' POV

'I'm an idiot! I can't believe I took her first kiss! And she just met me!' I mentally scolded myself. "I have to find her."

And as if by chance, I saw her and her bestfriend. We were looking at each other for what seemed like a decade when she grabbed her things from her bestfriend and left.

"Dani! Dani!" I called, catching up with her.

"Oh, hi James. Good Morning. I have to go to class now." She said, leaving.

"Dani, class doesn't start for another hour..." I said making a point as I grabbed her elbow.

"I just like to be early." Dani said, leaving.

I then faced beck to her bestfriend.

"Hey there!" I said with a smile. "I'm James Adamson."

"Hi!" She replied. "I'm Cassandra Barcelona."

"Nice to meet you, Cass."

"Nice to meet you too."

"So, for how long has Dani been like that?"

"Since yesterday evening. When I called her house, she wouldn't even talk to me."

'Really? I made her that upset?' I thought to myself. "Hey Cass, what are Dani's favorite flowers?"

"Hmm...She loves roses, daisys, sunflowers...ah! her favorite is...."

An hour later in Biology Class....

"I guess I'm still the first who arrived." I said. "Better take my seat."

As I walked over to my seat, I saw the most romantic thing under my table: a bouquet of beautiful, white callalilys are stacked together with soft, red crepe paper and a pink satin bow tied to a ribbon on the center of the bouquet. Inside the bouquet, with the callalilys, is a red card that says:

Dear Dani,

I'm so sorry for steaing your first kiss yesterday....Hope you forgive me.

                                                                                   Lots of love,

                                                                           Your Fiance, James.

P.S. These callalilys are imported from Europe since Cass told me that European callalilys were your favorite.

'Yes, James. You're forgiven.' I thought to myself, smiling.

I kept staring at the beautiful bouquet until the bell rang signaling that class is starting.
