Obsession Aizen x Reader

Heat

It started with the rain.

It was heavy and thunderous

Will it ever cease?

"It's still raining?"
"Yup, been like this all week" I held my phone to my ear.
"Maybe I should postpone my visit to London then"
"But you said you had something important to tell me?" I paced around the room waiting for my friends response.
"Uhh it can wait, honestly, I have a ton of things to do and -"
"Does it have to do with him?" I asked
"Y-Yeah"

"If that's the case, take all the time you need"
"Thanks (YN), I'll call you tomorrow"
"Sure, bye"

I leaned against the window seal, shoving my phone in my pocket.
"It would be nice to have company-" the words spilled from my mouth and my body felt an immense pressure.
The weight was heavy but most of all frightening.

What was happening?
I couldn't move much less breathe.
Holding myself up with the window seal I shifted to look behind me. A black void zipped open in the space "What the hell?"
Soon after a body fell through it and the pressure in the room increased.

The black void closed and I trembled to floor "Who was this man?"
He seemed to be unconscious.
'This must be his spiritual pressure?' I had only been around a few people who emitted this but his was by far the scariest.

I crawled over to him his back facing me. Placing my hand on him his spiritual pressure reduced. I also noticed the pooling of blood staining the floor.

Regaining my strength I hauled his body over to my bed. He was wounded, but what took me by surprise was the orb in his chest.
'Was this him?'
'The man I've heard so much about?' My eyes trailed over his torso to his face. Even with an eye patch, he was remarkably handsome.

"Aizen" his name left my lips as a whisper

"Yes" his eyelid opened halfway

I could feel the power he held oozing out of him
Was it shameful for me to admit that it aroused me?
I had heard so much from my friend in soul society on how devious and a mastermind this man was.

And now seeing him in the flesh, he exceeded my expectations.

I wanted to know more.

Being in his presence frankly turned me on

"What are you debating in your head?" His voice was smooth.

"How I'm going to heal you"

Aizen raised a brow at this "I can heal on my own"
"Seems to me your bleeding out faster than you can heal- who hurt you so badly?-"

Aizen gritted his teeth shooting up from the bed his hand wrapped around my neck in an instant.
Although his body was fighting against him and he coughed up blood before falling back onto the bed.

"See?"

I straddled his waist looking at him in his brown orbs. His unwavering contact made me blush.

The wound on his shoulder was deep. I tasted the blood that spilled from it.
"What-"
"Just watch" I told him.
Tilting my head to the side to give him a proper view.
I licked slowly over the wound, his eyes watching every movement of my tongue. His muscles reattached followed by the skin growing back.

"Now will you let me heal you?"

He didn't respond and he didn't refuse so I took that as a yes.

I lowered myself to his chest where his main injury was. His skin was smooth with a slight tan. Trailing my tongue down his wound, I looked up catching his gaze, he watched carefully and when my tongue reached the edge of the orb in his chest, his mouth slightly opened. I sucked on the deepest part drawing out the pools of blood allowing it to heal.
