pancakes

It was a hot summer morning, I had just woken up due to the sun light hitting my face as I opened my eyes, I took in the lovely sight of my sleeping husband. Mattheo I gently brushed some curls of his face and gave him a small kiss before I started my day, I went to the bathroom to take a hot shower.

*Time skip*
As I was wrapping up in my towel I heard the tv on downstairs, it's probably Natalie she's always an early bird I took a peek out of the bathroom to see if Mattheo was up yet he wasn't so I figured I would just ask Nat what she wanted for breakfast instead after I got dressed I put my hair in two braids since we all would probably go swimming later.

I went downstairs to see Natalie trying to sit her baby brother up so they could watch bluey that was her favorite show I noticed how hard she was struggling so I went to help her.

"Hey baby" I said giving her a kiss before sitting her brother up Right.
"Hi mommy" she said smiling at me.
I sat down on the couch with them for a little before asking her "what do you want for breakfast love" she looked at me "hmm anything I want?" She said with a mischievous grin "yes anything your little heart desires" I said hoping she wouldn't say ice cream of something.
"PANCAKES" she yelled while jumping a little, I smiled at how happy she was.

"Ok but you need to be quiet cause daddy's still sleeping" I knew that a 5 year old being quiet was impossible but yk I try.

i began walking to the kitchen and grabbing all the ingredients to make the pancakes, after i made the Natalie came in wanting to taste the batter and obviously as the amazing mother i am i let her i pored some of the batter into my already heated skillet and the started chopping up so fruit as a topping when i felt a kiss on my cheek turning to see my once sleeping husband leaning against the counter.

" Good morning love" he said smiling at me I smiled back and continued doing what i was doing. "Can you flip those pancakes for me please?" I asked him he went to flip the pancakes while i put the fruit in a bowl and went to get the eggs and sausage out the fridge. Mattheo then went in the living room with the kids while i finished breakfast. i made sure everyone got enough food since i knew Nat probably wasn't going to eat as much as everyone else i gave her 3 pancakes a small bowl filled with fruit and since she doesn't like eggs i gave her an extra sausage link Mattheo got 4 pancakes and some fruit and i gave him extra eggs and i gave Marcus one pancakes and half a Sauage because Hes never eaten one before and i wanted him to try it and since i can't give him blueberry i just gave him a cut up banana . i put every one's plates on the table along with juice for the kids and coffee for Mattheo (i never understood why people don't just serve all the plates at the same time because by the time the last person makes their plate everyone else will be almost done). i called them all in and i heard nat little feet running really fast to the table, her favorite breakfast food is pancakes so i understand. soon after she came in Matheo and Marcus came in. i took marcus so i could put him in his high chair and we all sat done. i realized i forgot the syrup so i went to get it

"Mommy can i have chocolate with my pancakes please." she said with a strawberry in her mouth.

"no its too early, and if you have chocolate syrup now you cant have ice cream after dinner." i said sitting down and handing Mattheo the syrup.

"okay mommy" i pored some syrup on her pancakes and gave my son a tiny bit.

"Thank you mommy" she said immediately putting a piece in her mouth.

"yeah thank you mommy " Mattheo said with a grin on his face

"you're welcome guys"

i wrote this on my computer instead of doing my homework tehe

and sorry for not updating in like a mouth a haven't been feeling well so yeah and um if you guys have any request or anything just let me know cause i literally just came up with this on the top of my head and its not really that good so yeah i was thinking of making another book but with just parent imagines but i don't know. and i really need to stop giving the kids such basic muggle names so give me some unique kid names and ill use them anyway. i hope you guys have a good rest of your day and do stuff that makes you happy
